A small, artisan company that takes extraordinary care with every single one of its products. Their customer service is exquisite. Their products have a soul. If you like drawing or writing, it is one of the few things left in the world that connects you to the past. It is well worth it.

When I placed my dream order which I’d been planning for months, I accidentally chose the wrong saved address and they were quick to cancel it upon my request, especially given the time difference and the fact that I’d placed the order and emailed them about the mistake in the early hours of the day. They refunded me and I was able to repurchase the items and receive them! I’m very happy with the Lumos. It more than lives up to the hype!

Received the elegant mechanical pencil. It is a dream to write and draw with this fabulous tool. The opportunity to have it engraved with inspiring thoughts is an added bonus. Also received the new eraser with all the tiny cubes, that is so helpful when making tiny adjustments.Quality products and great customer service and delivery make all the difference.

Wonderful product that equals the others purchased from Tom's Studio. Beautiful wood and weight. Does not cap on the rear but the penrest solves the roll problem. Perfect packing and safe arrival to the US.

Unboxing anything from Tom’s Studio is a delight! I just received the Field Mouse with its matching leather strap, a set of mouse-sized notebooks and black ink. The packaging is all so beautiful! I love the extra touches you do with sweet quotes and tiny gold mouse footprints across the packaging. And the tea! Thank you! How do I buy a load of the Popcorn Tea?!

My purchase was fairly easy. The lack of a provision for ordering the pen nib with ebonite was fixed easily by Tom's Studio.

The pen was left by Fedex on top of the cluster mail box unit in the open hallway downstairs, open to theft, and was not securely closed, having received some rough treatment on its journey. The pen, however, was in its Tom's Studio box, unharmed and apparently oblivious to the perils it had evaded. Chalk one up for the seller's careful packaging, and minus two stars for Fedex.

The pen is beautiful, from its sleek design, even anodizing and lovely color Botanica, to how it sits in the hand. The machining is precise, the fine threads of its connecting parts crisp, unobtrusive and trouble-free.

I see more purchases ahead! A very enjoyable pen that I am proud to have in my workforce. I wish I could include a picture.

The Lumos Pro Duo is a great weight, and the dual tips are perfect for sketching. Perhaps my favorite thing is the wicking ink refill - ingenious! I'm getting ready to order another pen so that I can keep both a black and a blue ink pen in my drawing kit.

I have been a customer for about a year and every order has been dispatched timely. Interaction with staff and questions on products answered promptly. And the products are amazing! I love them all and I have many but my standout is the Lumos Pro Duo in the most resent Botanical collection. Just perfect.

i got my mum a pen from tom's studio for her birthday (in early september!!) thinking i'd have to wait for shipment etc but i was pleasantly surprised when my mum's early birthday present came the day after ordering!! i also accidentally ordered the ink separately from the pen, but that arrived in the same box on the same day!

packaging was beautiful, very reasonably priced as well. my mum is surely to love her gift!!
