The most depressing call I’ve had for 16mins of my life.
A condescending young lad telling me what I should be doing with my life and not selling me the product I was asking for.
I didn’t have all necessary details to hand but he seemed to want me to give him an answer anyway. When I asked for clarity on questions he would just state it’s a yes or no answer.
He wanted to know why I hadn’t been to the gps for a more recent review and that the last record would have to be good enough! He repeatedly asked me to tell him what the gp had informed me at my last test and when i said I couldn’t remember he said well they must have said something!
In the end I had to hang up otherwise I think he would have driven me to an early grave (perhaps this is there strategy!) and will be seeking life insurance elsewhere.

Very helpful man called Lewis Routley helped me run through the forms quickly explaining everything and making sure I got cover for what I needed. Very personable and reassuring experience.

Spoke to James Green, Guy my age, completely gets it.
Was very honest from the start and helpful, helped me pick the right policy including critical care cover.
I definitely recommend for peace of mind knowing if anything happens to me my family is protected.

Bought a Tom direct from Tom Tom once it ran out of charge it failed completely. Been trying to contact them since and no positive reply absolout shite system and shite product and terrible customer service service i want my money back

My experience with Tom has been excellent from start to finish. I spoke with Julian Saunders, who was extremely professional, clear, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything easy to understand, answered all my questions with patience, and ensured I felt confident in the decisions I was making. Was very straight forward i put my details in for a quote and got a call back after a few minutes the process was fast and i was talked through the different options

I made the mistake of using a comparison site and although I specifically selected to only be contacted by email or text Tom insurance felt it reasonable to constantly harass me with multiple numbers when I was either at work, looking after my 5 month old son or sleeping, the last being yesterday at 18:27 in the evening, this type of behaviour is completely unacceptable and I will no longer be using you,

Regardless of how you got my number it is totally unacceptable to harass people who enquire about your services, trying to brush it off as “our pace” is disgraceful, and just to let you know I’m well aware of the tactic of asking for more information in the hope it gets the review taken down, I will simply put it up again don’t worry.

It’s also far from the only negative review you have for the same reason, maybe change your predatory practices rather than blaming customers.

I had been on the fence about getting life and critical illness cover for quite a while, so I decided to see what Tom offered. After entering my details, I received a call back within about 15 minutes from Lewis Routley.

We talked through my current circumstances and family situation, and he helped put together a personalised plan for me. He then gave me 48 hours to take it away and think it over before calling back to finalise everything. When we spoke again, he walked me through the remaining questions and the sign-up process, which was very straightforward.

Lewis made the whole experience extremely easy. He was friendly, relaxed, and approachable, which made the conversation feel natural rather than like a sales call. There was no pressure at any point—just clear guidance and helpful advice.

Massive kudos to him. It was a genuinely positive experience, and others could definitely take a leaf out of his book.

Lewis was really really nice we had a good laugh down the phone wasn't all serious which made the conversation really easy would recommend him such a cool guy.

Filled out the life insurance form and had TOM contacting me a few times throughout the week but unfortunately missed the calls due to my line of work, but today I received a phone call from Tom Way, all I can say is what a gentleman. Talked me though the process, assuring me of the terms regarding my children and making the phone call a perfectly cleared and assuring I was completely understood. 10/10 for the service.
