This product is excellent, and the team behind it is helpful and prompt. I had an issue which required customer support, and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The product itself is excellent, and I would recommend it to anyone!

These guys are so easy to work with, patient with any questions, and take care of EVERYTHING! They've helped me with any IRS correspondences, real estate tax reporting, stock... they do it all. Just sit back and pay your taxes.

I worked with Scott & Zain, they helped me reconcile my crypto taxes even going back to old exchanges/wallets from 2017.

It felt SO good to finish that and be able to log in to Token Tax, and know exactly how much I owe at any time.

I don't always write a review but TokenTax totally deserves a 5 stars for their services.

Story is I was debating between TokenTax and some other crypto tax services, decided to sign up on TokenTax. Within 10 minutes, I was able to import my account, but there were some errors because of missing cost basic due to me receiving coins from external wallets.
I then contacted the support team and Elle responded to me, she is like magic, she knows what she's doing and she's very proactive. Elle walked me through what happened and how to solved it, all I had to do was to import my husband's wallets since he sent me some coins. Elle also went extra miles to make sure my data looks good before I export my tax forms.

First time using a cyrpto tax service and I'm totally amazed with TokenTax. Will definitely come back for 2021 tax!

Chances are you are struggling to calculate your defi taxes and have 1000 transactions in your wallet, like I do, and you find it extremely difficult to know what's a taxable transaction, finding the cost basis, etc. I received 1-on-1 support frim Elle and Daniel at Tokentax team, reviewing and resolving my issues with patience. They are available to chat and very responsive. If you are a defi power-user (degen!)or a margin trader, this is the cleanest tool out there to do your taxes.

After using a new exchange and defi this past year, my taxes were complex. I would have been completely lost if it wasn't for the experts at TokenTax. The entire team are really friendly and went above and beyond to help me. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I looked at 3 different online companies for our crypto tax calculations. TokenTax was the only one who could answer my questions completely and in easy to understand terms. I had some hiccups connecting my exchanges but their live chat was right there and we corrected things. I literally have less than an hour invested in getting my tax forms ready for filing! They are prompt and courteous. Really, this stuff is easy...even for us older generations! Highly recommended!

A great service where it works, TokenTax is selling their service while still immature and somewhat buggy - at least that is the case for international residents (in my case South Africa).

Some of the rules used by the site include US-based conventions that are inapplicable for other jurisdictions, and at the time of writing I could not change these.

Replies from the help desk have been slow at times, but eventually their staff were helpful to try and resolve issues.

A life saver. They make the impossible possible with all these crypto regulations in that many different places... I was going nuts just trying to understand it. Not even lawyers specialized in blockchain know how to really handle it. That's why a company like Token Tax is such a good piece. It saved me hours and most of all, gave me that important peace of mind to relax and know that my crypto earnings are legal for me to use.

I have been getting excellent help while importing my data. anytime I have a problem the support staff has been able to walk me through the problem. I hate taxes but I am enjoying the customer service from TokenTax.

Great software. Makes life much easier than having to manually keep a track of transactions. If you are trading crypto you defo want to be using Token Tax. Also, their customer service is outstanding. Ive used their online chat when Ive needed help with something. Very fast response.

I was able to work with the team and Elle specifically was amazing. They were able to generate everything automatically and cost basis things that were needed.

This was my first year (2020) utilizing Token Tax for reporting crypto trades. The process was so fast and easy that I was able to import all my trade data from 6 exchanges (5 CEX & Uniswap) and create a crypto 8949 report in the same day. Whenever I did need assistance, customer support (Devin, Elle & Ana) was there within minutes to give me hand. Thank you Token Tax for keeping things simple and also for your excellent customer service!

If you are in the crypto world you should be using Token Tax no questions asked. You don't even have to search for any other site/company to use. This site is so easy and smooth to use. When I first watched the video I said no way its that easy, and you know what it was. The api integrations worked smooth with the exchanges. Been using TokenTax software for 3 years now. They have helped me expedite my crypto tax reconciliation process which would take ages otherwise. There are a couple bugs in their software (occasionally), but their customer support are 1st class in their helpfulness and speed of response, so we can usually figure it out and find another way to fix it. I used their VIP hands-on service and my reconciliation rep was super helpful helping me clean up my previous years' entries from scratch. She answered my emails quickly, helped me generate spreadsheets so I can comb through transactions 1 by 1 and see which ones were taxable events. I recommend you use their VIP service if you have some thorny previous crypto taxes to fix. Definitely you still need to do some legwork though since you'll need to tell them which transactions are internal vs external. But other than that they help a great deal and can help speed things up and increase your peace of mind that you did it correctly.
