SETC Tax Return Omdömen 

I paid Septco for assistance in obtaining a tax credit they promised to help me secure. They took my money and never delivered the service. I have repeatedly requested a refund—which they guarantee—through emails, texts, and phone calls, and I have received no response and no refund.
This company has not honored their commitments. Do not do business with them. You will end up paying for something you will never receive.

I went online after seeing an ad for SETC about receiving money back from my tax return. This was years ago and when I calculated on the website what I would get back it was thousands less than what they were promising on the ad. I tried to contact SETC through telephone and email and nop one responded so I did not move along any further. I never sent anything to the IRS and figured it was just a scam because I could not speak to anyone. Now years later I am being threatned with a collection agency for a service I did not use and never got a refund from the IRS. When I try to call I am told to go to the website to contat them. Even if you call during regular business hours I cant get a hold of anyone. On the webiste there is only an email address listed which I keep trying to email. No one contacts me and I keep getting text message and emails sometimes a few times a day threatning me. When I use the email they have listed on the website I get a falure to deliver email back.

These people are awful! I called them about changing my address on the amended tax return and they said it would be done. Then it still never got done. So I went ahead and sent it in with the address that it had on there already, and now my tax return is saying that information does not match and I no longer have time to send it in. These people are awful. They're terrible.They deserve no money from a situation like this, and they will get none

This is BIG FRAUD going on , please don’t waste your time and effort to apply through this FAKE PROPAGANDA.
Am totally in Baad situation when I came to apply my tax credit for relief but this FRAUD Department name SETC putt me in terrible situation.
They doing SCAM and taking your money

I’m in the process of sending my forms. However I’ve been trying to contact them to figure out why the forms says this is a loan. Also they are charging me almost $1700 hundred dollars to do this process. Why so much? I haven’t been able to reach anyone.

I've recently learned that SETC pros is a scam company taking money from innocent people. I've not seen one person who has gone through this company and has actually gotten a refund. I've reported this company to the feds, which was what was suggested to me by a tax person. SETC pros claimed I was approved for $2110 refund however when I had a CPA do the form, the total was only $460. SETC pros comments on these threads that people have gotten paid, however, no actual person has shown they got paid by this company. I've also sent a report to the IRS regarding this fraudulent company. SETC Pros won't even give me their PTIN number, because they do not have one given they are fraudulent. They will then say in all their reviews that they do not see you in their system, however, they seem to be able to message you almost daily through text and email. Complete scam! Tell the others!

I FILLED OUT THE FORMS FOR SETC IN APRIL OF 24, DID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED AND I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SAID THEY SENT THE FORMS I NEEDED TO FILL OUT TO MY OLD EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH I EXPLAINED WAS NO LONGER IN USE ABOUT 4 TIMES, WHEN I MADE A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB SOMEONE SAID THEY WOULD FORWARD ME THE FORMS. NEVER GOT IT. MY GUESS IS IF THE REFUND ISN'T SUBSTANTIAL YOUR NOT WORTH THE TIME.

Never heard anything back after I applied. Where is my refund?

After going through multiple pages of these reviews the problem is none of them actually confirm they actually have received a deposit to their bank account.
