T M Hughes & Son Gas Services Ltd Omdömen

My husband is not an easy customer to please but he was more than happy with our new boiler. The work was carried out in a very professional manner. Everything was left clean and tidy and they took the time to answer every question we asked. If you need a new boiler we would highly recommend T M Hughes & Son

Terry was very helpful when I had problems with my central heating despite it being out of hours and he has been very good with my boiler servicing, his customer service is absolutely outstanding! I will certainly recommend!

Great service, Dylan was extremely helpful.

These guys are flawless. They arrived on time and were very knowledgeable. I’ve been with them for many years now and they always provide a fantastic reliable service. I would highly recommend these to anyone. They take their time when it’s needed and keep the workspace super tidy.

Organised a boiler service at 9.30. Employee turned up at 8.36 when nobody was home and when phoned told us we would have to reschedule.

Terry was really efficient and very helpful.
We appreciated all his knowledge and advice. Work was carried out exactly as explained.

We highly recommend TM Hughes & Son. We had a leak in our shower and we called them to come and have look. They diagnosed the issue and made some recommendations for the work that needed doing. The advice was clear and the quote reasonable. The team were on time each day and were polite and professional throughout. They explained each part of the process and kept us up to date at all times. They took their shoes off when coming into our house, and even hoovered each day too! There was never any mess left. The boss came and regularly checked up too. We love our new shower and are delighted with the quality of the finish.

Totally let down by Aqualisa, I contacted Terry Hughes & Son who saved the day. They did what Aqualisa wouldn't do and, despite a minor setback, left us with an excellent new Aqualisa shower replacement.
Polite, tidy and punctual workers and, when a valve appeared to stick, went out of their way to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction.

Speedy and efficient service, excellent job at reasonable price. Very pleased.

Called Terry yesterday evening to help us with a water leak in our loft with water dripping through our bathroom and kitchen ceilings. Terry came straight away and helped us to remove soaking wet loft insulation and to repair the leak. He phoned me this morning to check that there were no further problems and said there was no charge! Cannot recommend enough!

**⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️**

I recently had the pleasure of using TM Hughes & Son Gas Services for a plumbing issue at my home, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the moment I booked the appointment, the entire experience was seamless and professional.

The booking process was incredibly easy and efficient. Neal and Terry were friendly, informative, patient, and understanding, especially as I had previously had bad experiences with other services. They took the time to understand my issue and assured me that help was on the way.

When the plumber, Dylan, arrived right on time, he was courteous and well-prepared. He thoroughly explained the problem and the steps he would take to fix it, which really put my mind at ease. His expertise was evident, and he worked diligently to resolve the issue promptly.

What impressed me the most was Dylan's attention to detail and his commitment to ensuring everything was done right. He cleaned up after the job, leaving the workspace spotless, and took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work.

TM Hughes & Son Gas Services provided exceptional service from start to finish. Their team is knowledgeable, friendly, and truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. I will definitely be using their services again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services. Five stars all the way!

This is the first time we have needed to use a plumber in an emergency and checked through reviews and credentials first. We really shouldn’t have worried at all, and cannot recommend TM Hughes and our Plumber, Dylan, enough. When we contacted Terry, he discussed the issues we were having and made sure that Dylan had all the necessary tools when he came round. Dylan’s arrived in time, was friendly, professional and fixed the problem in very little time. He left the place looking good. We’re impressed and will definitely use again if needed and recommend.

Not actually used this company yet but just wanted to say that the helpful response from Neal in the office would definitely make me get back in touch if/ when necessary. Customer service at its best.
Thank you Neal.

TM Hughes are my go to for all plumbing services. They are honest, tidy and friendly plumbing professionals, who's work is always outstanding.

Terry was responsive and polite. He attended and carry out our bathroom plumbing job quickly and efficiently. I was also happy with the charges and would definitely use him again. Highly recommended.

Top class service from the TM Hughes team, fitting us in at short notice when we had reached the end of our tether with the manufacturers of our boiler.

Our plumber was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain and demonstrate what the problem was with our heating system.

I would highly recommend the TM Hughes team

The team were amazing when installing my new boiler.I felt they were honest, reliable and very professional. I will be using Terry and his team in the future!

A brilliant service from a great company. Terry came to me within 2 hours of my SOS call regarding a very broken boiler. 4 days later Terry had 2 engineers in my house fitting a new boiler in my kitchen with minimal fuss or disruption. Both engineers were terrific, polite and very professional. I've only just found this company after using a friend for plumbing services for many years.....and I'm very pleased I called Terry out of all the heating engineers available.

If you need any plumbing or heating work carried out, call TM Hughes. You won't be disappointed

Excellent service for a shower replacement. Courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and gave sound advise. Workmanship was perfect, clean and tidy and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
