Customer service was phenomenal!! Greeted when I came in. Very informative and answered every question asked. She was encouraging even when I felt like I wouldn't be approved and she kept me updated on the process and what I should look for. She kept a smile and all while handling 3 customers by herself. I applaud her efforts and greatly appreciate her service.

I was told that if I paid my title loan…
I was told that if I paid my title loan within the first 3 days I would be able to get my title back. I went on the 3rd day to pay it. And they had already sent my title to Austin. I got the loan Thursday and paid Saturday morning. Why would they send it early. Why say 3 days when it was actually 2 days.

I didn't like the amount of money I was giving and I was told my payments were going to be around 30.00 and I find out my payment is over 80.00 I have to drive back and forth to Vanderbilt Hospital everyday my step son Benjamin Simpkins is there IN ICU fighting for his life he is not responding and he is on a ventilator and all I could get was 300.if I didn't need it I would of told ya'll to keep it that's not a good way to do business I will never use this place again and i wouldn't recommend anyone to you Title Max

The whole process was very easy
The whole process was very easy, I forgot the team members name that helped but very cool guy, but the only thing I’m finding issues with I can’t access my online account because when I try to sign in, it tells me it needs to verify email, but haven’t received no emails.
