Good customer service. They've helped me with a loan, even helped lower the interest rate after paying on it for a while.

Predatory loans akin to legitimized rape, with absurd interest rates. Yeah, they can help you in difficult times, but you will pay through the wazoo for it with their usurious interest rates. Will make you feel like you will never get out of debt, and they keep trying to loan you more money, like let me drop some more into the quicksand. If you do accept more money, they cancel your first loan, pile it on to the second, and you are starting all over again at 70% interest on your original amount. They want to insure you never see daylight again.

The customer service rep was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to solve my issue quickly and asked if there was anything else I needed to address which I didn't. I was very happy doing business with this rep.

Very friendly service, exceptionally kind, and really efficient

I had a really bad experience with Loan Mart. So I initially had applied. I just wanted to pull money out of a vehicle that I had paid off for some emergency type things. Anyways, they approved me for up to 8000. . So I was hesitant because the interest rate on 1000. I would be paying back close to $30,000 in three years. Anyway, so they had approved everything ran my credit twice for whatever reason. And then I uploaded all the documents but they send you a request out. It literally looks like someone very unprofessional wrote the sheet for the list. And then you upload everything and then they literally start arguing with me on every single photo. It wasn’t a live photo. Oh you know retake this. Oh, we can’t use. We think you’re part owner in the company. We can’t use that. Anyways, long story short I could never recommend them. If they treat people like this before they even do a deal can you imagine how badly they treat them after they secure Loan from them?

Worst loan comp I've ever dealt with. One employee tells you one amount and other employees tell you different The interest rate is insane and its next to impossible to pay off . Don't do it go to a different company. These people are crooks and do not want to work with you in anyway possible . Its not worth the stress nor giving them business They are nothing but liers and crooks .

If I could give them 0stars I would run away from this company they are the worse very aggressive tactics in collecting and you never pay down the high interest loan they do not work with you at all I had to send a letter for the phone calls to stop they call 10 times a day I was almost going to have a nervous breakdown due to the harassment from this company do not use them if this didn’t affect my credit I would give them car back !!! Please trust me NEVER use this company they should be sued !!!

I took out a loan with loan mart for vehicle repairs. Before signing the documents, I asked the representative if I could pay off the loan early with a credit card and was told I could. Well a month later I give loan mart a call to pay the loan off in full and put it on my credit card and was told that is not allowed. They wanted me to continue to pay the higher interest rate to Loanmart instead of the lower interest rate on my credit card. I would not recommend this company in an emergency situation. They are not honorable.

This company will steal you vehicle illegally! They will try to hold your vehicle hostage because they didn’t have the proper paperwork to even take it! Not to mention I don’t owe any payments and I will be reporting this to law enforcement and I will be contacting an attorney so pls don’t do business with these guys their thieves!

I called today to get payoff on a loan for 3500 that I took out 1 1/2 years ago my payoff is over 4000, that makes no sense. Payments were over 325 a month

Bunch of scammers

Their is always a live agent ready to speak with you even when the automative recorder say the office hours are closed.
When agents have to call as a reminder it is never threatening rather friendly suggestive and helpful

Loanmart is simply there when u need them especially when in need. I would recommend them to anyone to be the go to a loan. My experience is simply and great timimg.
