I went to the location on West Belfort across the street from Jovi‘s and Jocelyn and Miss Natalie were very courteous explain every situation from the beginning to the end and answer every question when I walked out the office I was completely in all with the professionalism that they gave me

I want everyone to know out there who reads this that Speedy Cash and TitleMax are the same company but they act like they're not. So they give you the runaround when you have a title issue I've paid off the loan and it's been almost a year and I still don't have the title and there's a lien on the vehicle all they do is give you the runaround and they're very rude on the phone meanwhile I'm out of my title and the money that I gave to him to pay off the loan they are not transparent about the businesses being the same as far as Title Max and Speedy Cash being owned by the same company
