The app is useless and no refunds
The app is useless. It starts with theory about the body shapes and what’s better for any shape but then proposes generic outfits. No personalisation. Most of outfits come from one brand , so you pay for their marketing. I cancelled my subscription on time and then removed the app, but I was still charged once, apparently something went wrong (???). Never again!
Second phase: They suggested to reach out and, after I did, they didn’t respond: great customer service

Me han estafado, he comprado por probar la suscripción mínima de 14,49, y se he ha cobrado aparte 34,99de una suscripción que yo no he hecho ni pedido he reclamado al instante y cada vez que he reclamado pidiendo que me demuestren y me justifiquen la compra y me hagan el reembolso pues no es correcto,me responden el mismo mail siempre,que la suscripción es correcta y que no hay devolución, pero no veo que me demuestren donde yo he aceptado esa compra.

Complete scam
Complete scam. I downloaded this app after clicking on an ad for an Amazon wardrobe capsule. It then took me to a quiz in the Dressly site and then eventually wanted me to download the Title Outfits app. As I navigated through this app, I knew I would not have the time for this and it was not what I was expecting so I preceded to cancel the subscription knowing I would be out $14.95 for the trial. I cancelled and then went on with life only to find out that a month later, they still charged me $44.99. I quickly sent an email reporting the issue and asking for a refund. What I got back was a denial and an argument. They denied that I cancelled the subscription and refused to issue a refund. When I searched online I found numerous complaints of the same. I’m very surprised to see the positive reviews on this site but look a little closer and you’ll see that each review is very similar. They mention the same people over and over in the same style of writing. Yep, fake reviews. Stay away from this app and any ad disguised as an Amazon Wardrobe Capsule. Already reported to PayPal and Apple Store and they are currently under investigation.

Seeing actual outfits that were made for my body shape. My only concern is the shoes. I cannot wear shoes with large heels. I am 73 and balance is a problem for me.

Do not trust this company. Beyond disappointed. Just when you think you get a hold of a human customer service representative and not a bot, TITLE will still not deliver support or honor their commitments. I would rate zero stars if that was possible. Truly dishonest.
