TITAN Lithium Omdömen

After much deliberation about upgrading my AGM Leisure Battery to Lithium on my new Campervan, I contacted Chris at Lithium Batteries. The advice I received during several conversations, gave me absolute confidence that Titan was the route to go. I opted for the 180ah Lithium, which probably was a bit overkill but it gave me the capacity to change direction from our conventional EHU camping that we have previously pursued. The product arrived next day and was fitted in a matter of minutes due to the case size being identical to the battery that it was to replace. The product quality is visually exceptional and came with a handy lead to enable me to hibernate the battery when required. I have carried out extensive testing ‘on the drive’, and the battery exceeded my expectations. It delivers exactly what it states on the tin. Excellent service, advice and product which I can’t fault.

Ordered battery Monday morning arrived Tuesday morning brilliant service great product well done

Great quick service and a good bit of kit 👌

Chris was very helpful answering all my questions.
Battery arrived next day very well packaged. The user manual is very comprehensive, and beautifully printed! App working well so far. Yet to test the longevity of the battery of course, but it feels totally solidly made, and has so much more energy stored than the lead acid I replaced. Caravan use, and so also saved 14 kilos in weight.

Made the decision to purchase a 105ah Lithium after reading the extensive product information.Battery was at a very competitive price and on receipt I was not disappointed-all correspondence with company has been 5 star -appears a well run company.

Excellent service, advice and support on swapping out my leisure battery from 95ah AGM to a Titan 180ah Lithium Battery on our motorhome. Perfect fit and all existing equipment used with minor setting changes.

Fast delivery, excellent product!
Better than I expected.

What can I say about this company brilliant email a few times always replied straight away first time out in the caravan this weekend battery working great no problems at all

From my initial product enquiry through to post purchase support calls, the responses have been prompt and informative. Chris has gone the extra mile to ensure the battery is compatible with my existing set up. First class service. Thank you.

Really helpful advice and great batteries

Whilst there was a fault with the battery, they were very good at collecting it for investigation. Diagnosing on the day of receipt and sending a new battery for next day delivery.

I contacted Titan Lithium both by phone and email with several queries and each time they were answered quickly and comprehensively by Chris.
I then placed my order one afternoon and the battery was with me early the following morning, it is now installed and performing as Chris had said. I am extremely happy with my purchase and would certainly use Titan Lithium again

Good service and fast response to problems with their app

I had a couple of questions before ordering my battery and got a very prompt and helpful response from Chris. The battery was received the day after my order was placed, as promised. I had a problem getting it to charge but another quick response to a query by Chris soon had that sorted (the hibernation button was in the wrong position). Charged to 100% as instructed and all is working perfectly. The Bluetooth connection to the BMS is brilliant.

Great company, always ready to give good quality advice and looks like a very good product

Excellent batteries, very fast delivery

The new battery 019 size arrived on time and was simple to change, I got caught out by the hibernation button though, so its worth reading the instructions above the numbered ones.

Excellent service with very prompt delivery. Good technical advice.
