I bought myself and my partner a Self-Defence Tactical Pen each three years ago and unfortunately my pen was stolen recently. I visited the Titan Depot site last month with the hope I could buy a replacement as they are really good quality pens. Great to see that Titan Depot still sell the pens so bought more as they had a fantastic offer and also treated myself to an awesome belt. Products look better than I expected. The 1/4 zip jumper is suitable for every day/smart casual wear.

They also provide a small sample of the protective material so you can see for yourself that it is highly slash proof and resistant.

They did help me out when I ordered a hoody that didn't fit me so well. I hadn't sent the return back in the correct time, they said, but when I explained I had been moving house they were very accommodating at arranging a refund and are very quick to respond by email.

On behalf of a local authority, I made purchase of several pieces of personal safety equipment. The items were delivered swiftly, securely and all were true to size-chart.

I didn't need to, but was informed that exchanges for size issues are easily done and only at cost of return postage.

Really happy with the customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to use Titan Depot again.
