Product was poor. Smaller than expected. Emailed several times for a refund. First response was if you keep it we will give you a 30% refund, then 50% refund. I refused and just asked for a refund and info on how to return their product. Dead silence. So I contacted my bank for fraud. Finally got of results from my bank. Then tiny thinkers attempted to charge me a monthly subscription charge of $29.95 (which I knew nothing about, and did not agree to). Thankfully my bank denied the charge. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! They are scammers!!!!

Fraudulent company!!!! Beware!! Order one item in July. Next thing I know Im getting monthly charges without any service.

Submitted order 9/22/25. The company doesn't provide a universal tracking number. Their California address is a vacant building according to the United States postal service. I was charged in September and October $61 and never received the product. My bank did an investigation and determined fraud and gave me my money back. It's 11/13/25 and the company has supposedly shipped me 2 packages, I've never received. I've spent a lot of time to gather these facts and follow through.

It has been almost 2 months and I still have not received my product nor any feedback from the company. I found out after my purchase that the product is coming from somewhere in China. SCAM.

I am extremely disappointed with TinyThinkers. The books delivered are much smaller than shown in the advertisements completely misleading and deceptive marketing! On top of that, they start charging a monthly subscription without your consent. You only find out after they’ve taken money from your account weeks later. This kind of practice is dishonest and feels like a scam. Avoid this company at all costs — they lure you in with false advertising and hidden charges. Total scam behaviour

Scam company that will charge you a subscription that you didn’t authorize

What I received didn't look like the advertisement. The books were very small. I thought they would be larger.

Never got my product it’s been over 2 months. First they said it was shipped via USPS. Then they said it was damaged. Then they give me other weird vendors that it was shipped from. They said it was shipped and damaged and they never got it back so they cannot give me my money back, not my problem if your product was damaged and never got to the customer it is the shippers problem. So I then explain I bought the shipping insurance so they need to honor that. They said they would look into it and honor the shipping warranty. Then they say give them 48 hours.after 4 days I still heard nothing then I get it was shipped from another supplier and get a fake picture with my name and address and some Asian woman’s nail saying my package was delivered. No I never received the package they said issues talk to the new shipping company. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Small books, Italic (slanted to right) letters. Not good!

Pens dried out after one use.
Charged me a “subscription fee” for a club I did not sign up to. Total scam.

I purchased a worthless book. Okay my mistake. They are attempting to draft my account “again”
In order to stop this, I have to get a new debit card.

Do not order from Tiny Thinkers UK. My order never arrived, and I had to exchange 22 emails with the company and 8 emails with their shipping company, UniUni, just to obtain an LPC letter to prove non-delivery. I also had two phone calls with UniUni, both with long wait times, and their online inquiry ticket system did not work either..
Despite all this effort and documentation, Tiny Thinkers UK refused to honor their “30-day money-back guarantee.” They made zero effort to help or resolve the issue. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank to recover my money.
This company is most likely a scam — avoid at all costs.

I bought my daughter the pen and books. Was disappointed with the size of the products. But what was worse was this company keeps charging my card every month for $29.99 as if I subscribed to something. There is no way to cancel and I am having to dispute this transaction every month. Their phone number doesn’t work and they don’t reply to emails on help email address

I never agreed to subscription and I was charged again this month for an order I never placed. There is no phone number and no way to take credit card off of account. I have email and will now have to cancel cc

Disgusted!!! Font is incredibly tiny and in Italics! What kind of beginners writing book has the letter in a tiny font with italics. The pictures make the books look larger and the picture shows a nice box. That box is not included. Ridiculous I spent $30 on it. What a waist!

Really, really bad. Do not buy. Paid $29 for drawing book set I saw in an add. They are not anything like the ones shown in the add and on the website. They have tiny little letters and the pictures don’t even look the same. Pens don’t write smooth. I thought it was all over… no it wasn’t. They charged me $29 a month later. I had no idea why so I emailed them thinking they made a mistake. They said I was signed up for a subscription and I did not sign up for that on the website. It doesn’t say anything about a subscription on the website. They refused to refund me. Ridiculous.

Never received my order and am working on a refund. Don't do it.
