DO NOT order from this business! Your first order automatically checks the subscription box. You will be billed $29.99 monthly, even if you never place a secondary order. If you contest the repeated credit card charges with Citi Cards, they will decide to honor the merchant and NOT the cardholder. No credit back to my credit card. Yes, I was successful in canceling both!!

I had the same experience as others where a $29.99 was being charged for some subscription I did not opt for. After a few email exchanges with their customer service they have agreed for a refund. For others looking for a customer service contact, please write to Eli at "hello @ mytinythinker.com" and explain your case.

Would give less than 1 star if possible, product fine but the dodgy monthly payment that you can’t cancel even when you request it. No customer service. Absolute sham

How can I give a Zero- sneaky unauthorized charges is this companies billing practices . I bought a gift for a friends child and Tiny thinkers billed me 29.99 a month , every month following my gift order for some “ club” membership. Scam - Stay clear - shady billing practices

Apart from that the quality of the books is ridiculous for that price you are automatically subscribed for 30 dollars a month for NOTHING. Incredible, this should be illegal!!

Received the book I ordered but they signed me up to a monthly recurring deal that I did not consent to. They are not offering to provide a refund of whatever their monthly service was for. Very deceptive purchase method they use.

I promised the company that I would tell the good about their company, if they honored their word in returning the automatic unauthorized $29.99 payment taken from my bank account. Well they did and here I stand.

I ordered an item for my great-nephew. It took a long time to be delivered, however the company was very responsive every time I inquired about the delivery status. I was always responded to, and I mean every time, and in an efficient time frame. I will say that I was initially nervous that this was a scam company and that I would not get my order. My order did come. Though it was smaller than expected, it came no doubt.

Now to the automatic membership. I vaguely remember choosing to not be put in auto enrollment, but was charged anyway. I made the company aware that the charge was unauthorized and they apologized and said they would immediately stop the withdrawals. I was satisfied. What I was not thrilled with was they initially wanted to keep the $29.99 but I had no use for their program. This was a one time gift and that was it. I have no small children. We were in constant communication and after a few amicable back and forth correspondences, they returned my money. I appreciate them honoring their word. I suggested a change in policy, since many had my same experience. They agreed. We will see. I’m grateful for them honoring their word.

I had a billing issue related to a membership subscription and reached out to customer support. Eli responded quickly, reviewed my account, and resolved the issue with professionalism and kindness. My membership was canceled and the charge was refunded without any trouble. I really appreciated how respectfully and thoughtfully my concern was handled. Thank you, Eli, for the excellent customer service.

SCAM!!! Charged me for recurring fee of USD 29.99 for absolutely nothing! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! ITS A SCAM. I HAVE FILED A POLICE REPORT ON THEM!

SAME - SCAM. Never selected a subscription, they auto enrolled me. Even when I logged onto my account after realizing they had been recurrently billing me there is NO MENTION of me being in a ‘subscription’. DO NOT BUY!!!

SCAM. Same deal as everyone else. Purchased a book to help my kids learn to write their letters and numbers. Received it, and no issue there. Problem is they auto enroll anyone who makes a purchase in to their subscription based "VIP club" at $29.99 per month. Took a few months for me to catch it. They are refusing to refund the money even though I never signed up for this, or was even aware I was enrolled......because I never enrolled. They auto enrolled me and helped themselves to $29.99 per month.....

They are scammers. I purchased the books and nowhere did I sign up for a recurring charge of 29.99. This sucks!
Phone they never answer just rings and rings. Make it stop. The books are pretty worthless too!

I also received an unwanted subscription charge that will not cancel on their site and I see no phone number. I've sent them a complaint. I am sure I will spend hours sorting this out....

These people are predatory scammers. Somehow a one time purchase turned into them secretly automatically billing me $30 a month for MONTHS for some unknown membership I never signed up for, was never notified of, and never received any monthly invoices for. They are now refusing to refund me. Shady as hell.

There is a hidden subscription and they will charge you the full price every month!!!!!! And it's very hard to cancel 😭😭 I'm still trying!!!
As for the product, the books were way smaller than expected and the grooves are no where near deep enough to help the pen stay in the lines and the letters are way too small for early learners... Awful awful awful in every way

The generic name makes it hard to find the right company I purchase books and I received booklets that are too small to practice reading and penmemship but my primary complaint is the unauthorized membership of $29.99 for the past four months. This is ridiculously shameful. They automatically sign you up for membership without your knowledge, charge you $29.99 each month without your consent and without notifying you.
These guys primary objective is collecting your banking information and stealing $29.99 from as many Americans as they can for as long as possible. At the very least they should be forced out of business and banned from the internet.

This company will scam you!! Buried in your purchase at checkout will be a $10 VIP discount at time of purchase. The discount is actually on a monthly membership for which you will be charged $29.99 every month, however this ongoing monthly charge is never disclosed and you do not actively agree to this specific ongoing charge. The only way you avoid the ongoing monthly charge is to "Cancel VIP Offer" at checkout. BUYER BEWARE.

Like others are saying the product is mediocre. The disappearing ink in the pens works most of the time but many of the ink cartridges don't work. They send a lot of extras, probably for this reason. The biggest frustration is their site adds a subscription to your order which charges you monthly without your authorization of you don't catch it after the "free trial". Customer service is completely unhelpful in refunding unauthorized charges.
