Fantastic experience with Tiny Explorers. We hired a Flyaway bed for a long haul flight and it was the best decision we’ve ever made! Brilliant item but also great customer service- stem arrived on time and whole experience has been so easy and smooth. Have already recommended this item and company to loads of friends to help on long flights.

We rented the Maxi Cosy Opal when our daughter had surgery and was in a hip spica cast. Before renting, Tiny. explorers answered all my questions via their WhatsApp service. It was delivered on time, in immaculate condition and when I want to return earlier than stated they sorted me the return label

We hired 3 x plane pals for use over the Xmas holidays. Everything arrived on time and in good condition. When I had questions, communications were quick and helpful. An ideal solution for us to make travelling long-haul with 3 kids without having to pay a fortune for stuff we might only use once or twice! Will definitely be using again and recommending to others!

I wanted to love this company, but like so many others here had the same experience. I didn’t even really mind that one of the items I received was faulty (even though I had to really push to get a replacement which I thought was a bit outrageous) It was the sarcastic, defensive and patronising tone of whoever is behind the WhatsApp chat. I just don’t understand how, after so many reviews stating the same thing that this company allow staff to chat to customers this way? I only assume it must be the owner that is the one chatting to customers as not sure how any other boss would allow it. In addition to the tone of all the messages, I received passive aggressive screenshots circling things from their website with arrows pointing to sentences. I’ve never ever experienced customer service like it! Unfortunately I won’t be using this company again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. It’s a shame as it’s a great concept and idea with a good range of products, but let down by appalling customer service.
I have to agree with other comments that the recent flurry of 5 star reviews claiming very specifically the correspondence and customer service was ‘professional’ don’t seem to be that legit after reading the other reviews..

Tiny explorers were great and we would really recommend using their rentals. We needed a cozigo for long haul trip to Australia with our baby in a bassinet on the plane, and the hire saved us so much money compared to buying one new for single use! The delivery was super fast, the quality of the product was good and the company made it so easy to return, also with a WhatsApp to help with any questions. Couldn’t recommend enough!

the quality of the toys were not great, two were not usable - potentially just needed battery replacement but that should have been quality controlled before it went out. Toys in general were pretty old/used. The return process was also more difficult for someone that is not from the UK so unfamiliar with their mail service.

We've been in the UK for a month, visiting family.
We arrived in London from New Zealand just before Christmas. Stroller was waiting for us at the hotel. We've used it throughout our month travelling up and down the UK. Having one less thing to carry while flying, was worth every penny (but it was so reasonably priced!) The return process was so simple. WhatsApp support was fab. So easy to drop off at the Post Office. Thank you so much for this service!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!

Fantastic experience, I have never used a service like this before. I booked a bugaboo butterfly for our holiday to Tenerife it was supposed to arrive on 29th December however it was sent nearly 1 week early! Whilst in Tenerife unfortunately my partner became unwell and was hospitalised resulting in us having to extend our stay by 3 days. Tiny Explorers were so understanding and even though I would be returning the pushchair later added no charge! Thank you so much for making everything so simple and easy! I would 100% recommend and use again! Thanks Again Natasha

Great way for me to try out a bouncer and see whether baby likes it !delivered early so got 2 extra daya of using it ,return is soo easy.

The seats came on time, were clean and easy to install. The returns process was simple, and we were happy with the overall experience.
