We are extremely happy with our experience with Tiny Explorer Rental. We were traveling from the UAE to London for our Christmas and New Year vacation, and renting baby essentials from them was a huge relief and a real effort-saver.

We rented two YoYo strollers and a bottle steamer, and the service truly went above and beyond our expectations. Not only was everything in excellent condition, but they also thoughtfully included a bottle warmer along with the steamer, which made our trip even more convenient.

The entire process was smooth and completely hassle-free, all done online from start to finish. From booking to delivery, everything was seamless. We highly recommend Tiny Explorer Rental to any parents traveling with little ones!

A truly fabulous easy experience, would highly recommend. We hired a mobility buggy for a 3 week trip to South Africa and taking my son’s wheelchair would not allow space for luggage in our hire car. Being able to hire was perfect. Delivered to our home address and collected for return. Easy full contact throughout with fabulous customer service. I’ve already recommended to my son’s hospice before we left who were very interested in telling other parents.

This is my 3rd time borrowing a pushchair for holiday from Tiny Explorers. As usual fast delivery and due to Christmas pushchair arrived few days earlier than expected which was nice. I had issues with return it on time and they were really helpful and managed to sort it really easily. Its value for money and pushchair is always clean.

We used Tiny Explorers for our first abroad trip with our 3 month old. The communication was fantastic throughout, the pram was delivered to us in plenty of time before our holiday and the prepaid return could not have been more convenient. The team were always on hand to answer the couple of queries we had during our hire. Would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Very pleased with the service and quality of the pushchair. The buggy arrived on time was well packed, clean and in perfect condition. Communication with the company was very easy and they delivered everything they promised without difficulty including the collection of the pushchair as requested and on time.

A wonderful service while our child was in a hip spica. We contacted them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately to get us on a waiting list, and then within a few days they had a car seat for us. It was delivered to our door and dropping it off was easy too. Absolute life saver and we’re so grateful!

Would never use this company again! It’s my second time using this company - I ordered the same plane pal blow up pillows for a long haul flight with my 2 young kids - It mentioned that you should blow the items up to check they work - but as I’d used them before, I just packed them and assumed they wouldn’t send a faulty product. On travel day, we were on our long haul flight outbound and I realised that one of the pillows kept deflating so only 1 worked, for a 9 hour journey both ways, we only had 1 that worked. I never even mentioned anything to the company as didn’t want to cause a fuss. When we returned I posted them back on the Monday instead of the Friday and received an invoice for a late return fee. I mentioned that one of the items was faulty and didn’t expect to receive a late returning fee - they then said they have given me a 50% discount on my late fee to be £30 - I said I’m happy to pay it but would then like a refund for the item I hired that was faulty - they told me because I didn’t check it, it was my fault and I could have been making up the fact that it was faulty - they then removed the 50% discount and said I had to pay £60 late fee. I’m so disappointed with how I’ve been treated here. I’ve paid for a product that is faulty that I couldn’t not use, didn’t document it as I wasn’t ever planning on complaining about it and now I’m being penalized for that for sending it back on a Monday instead of a Friday. So much stress for nothing. I would never treat any customers like this.

We have used Tiny Explorers a few times now and we love the convenience of having all our travel equipment delivered and collected after we have used. Prices are so reasonable too.

The rental pram came a day earlier than expected, clean and in excellent condition. The process to arrange next day collection was also seamless. I would definitely use this company again as the price is also very reasonable.

Tiny Explorers provide an excellent service for grandparents like me. We needed a child car seat over Christmas and the process for selecting, ordering, and delivery/return was clear and easy. My questions and concerns were addressed quickly and fully when they arose. I’ll definitely be using their services in the future.
