I hired from Tiny Explorers for my son’s first Birthday which we spent abroad.

Tiny Explosion rental company experience has been a complete nightmare from start to end!

They in fact did not have the pram that they had advertised and so they sent me a brand new one, with all the extras, seats included, that I did not order.. I questioned how they could have imagined that I return everything with a baby!

I also ordered the rain cover to protect my baby, which they did not have either.. I told them and THEY DID NOT REPLY and until today, they have not given me a refund!

The nightmare has not ended there.. their return instructions guide that pickup requires a label however drop-off does not, so I went to my nearest Post Office however low and behold I had to pay for the label because it was actually the other way around as a label is brought along with a pickup!

To put the icing on the cake, this rental company has began harassing me that the pram is damaged.. I am lost for words with how disgusted I am with the Tiny Explorers company..

Everything was taken care of from ordering to delivery. Easy comms via WhatsApp which is really useful.

Great service and quick shipping. Great product. A notification that the item is received after sending back would be reassuring.

Cannot fault customer services!! I contacted them as I was concerned my item had not been delivered. They replied almost immediately with an apology, investigated and found that Royal Mail had lost my package and had a replacement sent with a 24 hour special delivery. All less than 2 hours!! (Wow)

The item arrived in brilliant condition and was a godsend for our international flight.

Returns were also incredibly straightforward and a return bag was provided too.

I would DEFINITELY recommend this company and will be using it again in the future.

The delivery was on time and easy to do. The product was great and good value. When I made a mistake with my return they treated me like a human and made it easy. I've recommended them to lots of people!

Rented snoo, was able to get it quickly but no further support after that. Wasn’t able to use the app or get other support so I wouldn’t rent again with this company

Quick, reliable service. AmSafe belt arrived in good condition and quickly for our flight and the returns process was easy too, with a reminder message a couple of days before to help us remember. Thanks!

The Joolz aer nest was perfect for our trip to London with a 3 month old baby. It was light and collapsed very easily with one hand and it was comforting to be able to have my baby facing me at all times. All correspondence was conducted easily through WhatsApp and all questions were answered quickly. The delivery and collection of the pushchair was easily made.

Quick delivery and easy-to-book return. Meant I got to try an item worth £200 for a short trip away without having to buy it!

Excellent service we rented a buggy for a long haul trip it was in fantastic condition. I used the WhatsApp contact a couple of times to add an item to my order and to clarify my return, I got a very helpful response both times and my query was resolved very quickly. Highly recommend!!

Tiny Explorers made a very stressful situation of our daughter going into a spica cast and brace after hip surgery a lot easier with their fantastic service, adapted car seats in perfect condition and wonderful communication.

THIS BUSINESS TAKES ADVANTAGE OF VULNERABLE PARENTS DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS WOMAN - hired the inflatable bed for my 13 hour flight for a business trip after watching a video on Instagram and thought this would be perfect. But nothing is perfect is it? I have back, neck and shoulder pain from breastfeeding and carrying my kid since her birth (fellow mums will know what I mean) pump was too small for hole. I had to carry my toddler for 9 hours which triggered my pain and I was bedridden for 5 days and had to cancel all my meetings. I had to extend my trip due to the missed meetings and had to pay over 2k for this. I sent my complaint over. The owner was extremely rude, did not address the issue, shared her business' draconian terms which restricts consumer rights and said *end of chat*. Oh and I'm being charged for extra days because I had to extend my trip. Beyond horrified. These 5 star reviews are definitely fake.

Absolutely amazing company :) we hired the bugaboo travel pram & the plane pal for the plane, everything arrived in plenty of time, brand new & sparkly. We were delayed on the way home & the communication was superb & even waived the delayed return fee for us. Really really amazing company, could not have been better, insane customer service & just A* all round. Honestly would not think twice to use them again :)

Terrible customer service- make sure you read the bad reviews and believe them, we wish we had. People are right- useless return service, they insist any Royal Mail delays are your fault and will try and charge you extra. Much better off finding another rental or purchasing the item than dealing with this company. Have had a friend who has just said she had a similar experience and will also not be using them again.

This company is so great! I learnt about it though Nanny Louenna. I rang them the day before I needed the hire and they went above and beyond to make sure I had the fly away from our trip. I also hired a pram umbrella. Both items were in amazing condition. Would use again!!
