The new Royal Mail return is so easy as well, just had to leave the package outside the front door and Royal Mail picked it up and returned it, no issues.

Brilliant service. They made it really easy - arrived on time, perfect condition and easy to return. (We hired the PlanePal) Great communication and reminders to return too (which was greatly appreciated!) I thought it was great that you got a message on WhatsApp as well as emails often get buried! I also spoke to someone from customer service on WhatsApp on a Saturday and got the help I needed on a query too which was great. Would definitely use again!

I rented the flyaway which arrived quickly and neatly packaged with return packaging included (I paid for this option) and instructions on how to return. While I wasn’t able to actually use the product on my flight (due to a full flight, no spare seats) I did inflate it at home to check as instructed and it was very quick and easy to do, a good quality product with no damage. The tiny explorers team were very helpful and got in touch with me via WhatsApp regarding my return with quick response times. Would recommend to a friend.

What a brilliant discovery! I’ve been using Tiny Explorers Rentals for both UK and oversea holidays now for the past 2 years and hands down the most communicative, reliable and efficient company! Their products arrive on time, super clean and the customer service are so helpful. I even asked about a product that I was hoping would be in stock but wasn’t available on the website.. within 24 hours, the product was listed and for a good price. I always recommend this company to parents!

This was the second time we've used Tiny Explorers to hire a travel pram for a holiday. We don't have space or enough need to buy one ourselves so to be able to rent a top quality one for £30 for a week is great. The pram arrived clean and in brand new condition. Delivery is through a third party and did end up changing to a day later than planned but it wasn't an issue for us. We returned it to a post office when we got back, all very easy and smooth. Communication before delivery and return dates is very good. Highly recommend!

Last year my rental of 2 flyaways was seamless and the company were great.

This year, both beds were covered in dirty marks and sticky patches. Both pumps were held together with elastic bands and sellotape. Sheets did not smell clean and were so creased I had to wash them.

I inflated both beds 2 days before we flew to check for punctures. One totally deflated overnight - flat as pancake. I’d deliberately hired a day early in case of this so contacted them to request a replacement and was told they had none but I was welcome to return for a refund. Not helpful just before a 12 hr flight with 2 kids under 5!

When I complained the company were 'sorry I was disappointed.’ Not sorry that they fail to check for punctures before they send the beds out or charge £150 for 2 dirty inflatable beds that don’t inflate, leaving customers with no resolution in time for a holiday.

Excellent service - this is the 2nd time I’ve used tiny explores and I would recommend to anyone.

Such a smooth process throughout. We hired a buggy and an inflatable footstool for the aeroplane. Arrived on time and in great condition and the process to send it back was so simple. I'll definitely be using again and recommending to friends.

So easy! I needed to rent a baby bath for a holiday. It just took a few clicks and it was delivered to my door, with box and label to return it in. I accidentally clicked pick up rather than delivery initially but a real person was on-hand via WhatsApp (out of business hours!) to resolve this. The bath itself was so useful - but great to be able to rent it as we don’t need one the rest of the time. Thank you!

Ordered cancelled day delivery was due. Stock on website not accurate so be very cautious if relying on this company. Comms have been very unhelpful and short via whatsapp with this company.

From first enquiry to booking the process so fast and easy. I made the enquiry through WhatsApp and had a reply almost instantly. My question was answered with photos to back it up which made me feel confident with my choice. The equipment arrived well ahead of time with plenty of notice and the instructions to return were simple. It really made what was going to be a stressful time planning a holiday with a baby a breeze.

They are so responsive and helpful! This made our trip to London so much easier with our 5 month old. She was able to nap on the go in the bassinet stroller and we didn’t have to interrupt our day. They worked with our hotel so we picked up the stroller at the front desk and the courier brought the label so all we had to do was put the stroller back into the box to return it! We used to haul all of our strollers with us but not anymore! Thank you Tiny Explorers!

Delivery of car seat was a day earlier than requested. Whilst this did work out OK,
a relative had to change their plans to ensure they were home.
I did not feel it was clear that car seats are not collected, but need posting.
Other than these two small things, this was a wonderful, useful service and we will definitely recommend
