Speedy arrival of order and simple return policy

The cloths were really lovely, the delivery was quick, but the refund took just too long, although the company, did keep me up-to-date, as to when the refund would reach my account.

I ordered what was described as a leather jacket for 69.99. When it arrived it was a cheap faux leather and not the same jacket as advertised. I contacted the company and they said they don't offered gree returns so I could have a 10% refund and keep the item. I said I didn't want it as it was no good to me. They came back with another offer of keeping the item and a 25% refund. Again I told them I wanted a full refund. They sent me a returns form so I sent the item back. This cost me 27.99. For tracked postage. It has now been sitting in their customs waiting for the company to give a declaration. I have contacted the company to ask them to check/ collect the package but to no avail. I appreciate some might of taken the offer and initially the price should have alerted me to being too good to be true but they did say I could return for a full refund if not happy and cut my losses but it is the principle, the company should honour their agreement. I've learned my lesson and will never use a company without checking reviews on here. If I had read all the other reviews on here I would never have ordered anything from this company.Hindsight is a wonderful thing and I would strongly advise everyone else to avoid this company at all costs

Wait for long time to get my order.And when ir arrived,wasn.t what i order.I order coat,but got jacket,and too small.

This company is a complete disgrace, they take ages to answer an email. I ordered a Leather trenchcoat for my wife, advertised as posting from London, it arrived in 3 weeks and turned out to be nothing like the the product advertised, it is polyester and typical budget stuff you mint find on a market stall, I eventually contacted them for a return and refund, their response was, we don't offer free postage returns but did offer a 10% refund and keep the garment, I responded with no, I wish for a full refund, 4 days later another reply, with the options keep it and have a 25 % refund, return for a 100% credit note or return to china at my cost for a full refund. When are companies like this realise that they do their country no favours by acting like this BOYCOTT CHINESE GOODS.

I recieved the wrong dress, there was also no return sheet added in the packaged (as stated on their webpage that they will include.)
I emailed telling them about the wrong dress and that I wanted to exchange the dress to the one I had bought. I contacted them at the email adress that is stated on their page but did not recieve a reply for several days.

Finally I filled in the contact form on the webpage and recieved a reply the day after. They told me that they had been busy and would get back to me the next day.
After a week without hearing from them I tried contacting them again by replying to the mail I got. After a few days I again made another reply and put it as a priority.

After waiting another few days I, again, tried the method of filling in their contact form on their webpage. This time requesting to instead get a refund for the dress as it doesn't seem likely that an exchange can be made.
I have now waited, again, for several days without any kind of reply.
It almost makes it seem like they are trying to wait for the return period to end so they don't have to refund me.

Edit (2025-03-11): Considering the reply I got from TimelessLondon I had a faint hope that everything would be resolved. No one at Timless London contacted me however. I even wrote to them again, mentioning that I wrote a review here on Trustpilot, but yet again I never got a reply. So I still have a dress I did not order, and I still haven't got my money back as I wished to return the dress and get a refund.
In the end all I can advise others is to never buy anything from this page.

Absolutely shocking experience. I ordered two items over a month ago and never received them. After two weeks, I realised nothing had arrived, so I emailed their customer service to ask what was going on. Someone replied once, promising I would hear back the next day but that was the last bit of communication I ever got.

Out of nowhere, they refunded me a random amount that didn’t even cover the cost of one item, let alone both. I followed up via email again, but I’ve had no response since. Then, right away, one of the two items eventually showed up! The whole process has been ridiculous. I feel like I’m being scammed.

This company has no proper communication, no accountability, and no respect for their customers. I’ll be reporting them for scamming, as this level of service is utterly unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them entirely.

I bought a beautiful burgundy swing dress from Timeless London on December 31st. I needed it for a wedding in march and sometimes with online stores for non chain businesses, you never know how long your order will actually take to get to you. Of course no update on new year's day; Its a bank holiday. Today on January 4th, my order arrived. Since this is a UK based company, this wasn't too much of a surprise as I am in Wales but I didn't get an email saying it had been sent out for some reason. Not really an issue since it arrived so fast. It's exactly like the photo. In fact, it's better because the photos don't show off that this dress HAS POCKETS!! Yes, that's right! Pockets! You know a dress is good when you try it on and you look and feel good and then discover pockets. I recommended the brand to my friends today.

Avoid this company at all costs I ordered a beautiful looking Christmas tree jumper when it arrived it was a nylon long sleeved tee shirt as it happens it was for my secret santa gift I am so upset and disappointed with the customer service lack of and disgusting quality l have photographs of item and have distributed them throughout our company they keep offering me a 10% refund and want me to keep the appalling item
I want a full refund I have decided to take the matter to the omnibus man they should be stopped from trading

Just be sure you are ordering from Timeless London and not Timeless fashions London, which is a totally different site based in China, selling very inferior goods.

To begin with the skirts are beautiful - I have 2 already and my mum ordered 2 more, for my Christmas. Heavy, high quality wool, fully lined, gorgeous finish! Delivery too is always very prompt. There was a slight mix up recently with my Mum's Christmas order, and the wrong size skirt was sent out. We contacted the company via WhatsApp and received a telephone call from the brand founder herself, talking us through the process. A replacement skirt was sent out immediately to ensure it reached us before Christmas. Brilliant service. Highly recommended company. I'll be trying their dresses next!

Initially there was a problem with my order and as soon as I made them aware the issue was sorted quickly, efficiently and courteously. I ordered 2 Sophie skirts and they're gorgeous. The fit is true, the workmanship is excellent and the fabric is quality. I will definitely be ordering again.

I had a fantastic end to end experience when buying a dress for my wife. Everything worked seamlessly and my wife was delighted with her gift. Highly recommend!

SCAM - European customers beware!
Over a month ago, I ordered a skirt size S to Germany. The website explicitly states that items for European customers are shipped from and can be returned to a warehouse in Belgium. After a few days, I received an email from the owner that the skirt had not been available at the Belgian warehouse and that it had now been shipped from the UK, but that I would not have to pay any additional fees or duties. Over a week later, the skirt finally arrived, with the business seemingly having evaded duties, as the value indicated on the customs form was 10 EUR rather than the 80 EUR the skirt was actually priced at. Unfortunately, the skirt was too large when I tried it on, but the Belgian returns address was nowhere to be found on the internet. I contacted the owner three times to ask for the returns address, but I was ignored for almost two weeks. I registered a complaint with PayPal, and even then the owner only replied after 10 days when PayPal had just refunded me. She was very apologetic, stated that my messages had landed in her spam folder, and sent me an address in Belgium for returning the skirt. Even though I had already been refunded, I decided to play fair and returned the skirt, paying 15 EUR out of my own pocket to ship the parcel to Belgium. However, after a few days I was notified by DHL that the addressee had refused to accept the parcel and it was now being returned to me. I cannot believe that I not only had to wait weeks and weeks to get a reply from the business owner and go through PayPal to be refunded, but that I now also spent 15 EUR in vain for a return that was not even accepted by the address given to me by the owner. It's an absolute farce and I strongly advise all European customers to stay away from this business.

I had some troubles with Royal Mail and my shopping delivery, but the customer service team was absolutely fantastic. I called them, and they were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to help me track the package and resolve the issue quickly.

On top of that, I absolutely love the quality of their products—they’re beautifully made and feel great. And can we talk about the skirts? They have pockets! Such a thoughtful and practical touch that makes me love them even more.

My experience from start to finish has been incredible - the customer service, the shipping and most importantly the product. The dresses are some of the most flattering I’ve ever worn and I got so many compliments when wearing them. I even spoke to the founder who was soooo lovely and advised me on the different styles! I have purchased from Timeless London multiple times throughout the year now. They have really nice quality clothing for good prices. The styles are very cute. I live in the US and always get my packages in good condition and promptly for international shipping. Their customer service is top notch. The one time I needed to contact them, I had a response and the issue resolved in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend them!

This was the worst service I've experienced in a while - delayed responses to inquiries, false information that does not match the info on their website, etc. Returning items from Netherlands to Belgium, I was given a wrong return address and seemingly false company name - Wyntas BV (not gonna share the full address because I fear this is someone's private house). The company name Wyntas BV DOES NOT EXIST in the location specified by the return address; the address is just a residential house (private by the looks of it on Google street view). As a small business, if this is the service you provide right from the start, you should be ashamed. Arranging returns is a BASIC requirement for any garment store.
