Not impressed. They don't answer emails or the telephone. Got fed up as a new customer trying to get information.

Fabulous service. Needed bow ties for an upcoming cruise - visited the usual suspects on the high street - very underwhelmed. So ordered from Tieroom - good price and great choice - even though they are coming from Sweden we got fast delivery - excellent quality too - all round great experience.

Se que probablemente no es culpa de esta empresa si no del transportista, pero no puedes garantizar un plazo de entrega de 3-4 días laborables haciéndome pagar un sobre coste, para luego entregar el pedido después de 5 días laborables…No me llegó a tiempo para la boda y tuve que ir como un loco en búsqueda de una corbata en mi ciudad…

Ik vrees dat ze niks aan mijn bestelling, 1 strikje, verdiend hebben. Ik had een factuur nodig waardoor de administratie manueel moest gebeuren en de btw diende teruggestort, en vervolgens beweerde de transporteur (Correos, de Spaanse post) het pakje geleverd te hebben maar ik heb het nooit gezien. Helaas komt dit in Spanje vaker voor. Toen ik hierover mijn beklag maakte, heeft Tieroom mij zonder dat ik het had gevraagd spontaan een nieuw strikje opgestuurd. Ditmaal naar een pickup point, zodat het met zekerheid bij mij zou geraken.
Ik wil via deze weg Niklas heel erg bedanken voor zijn professsionele attitude en de fantastische service, die meer dan een 5 verdient. Ik weet waar ik de volgende keer bestel! :)

We had previously ordered from the Tieroom for our son's wedding in 2023 and the cravats were stunning, both in colour and quality.
On this occasion we were looking for a bow tie and hankie set to match a formal cruise dress.
The support and suggestions for the colour from Niklas were just outstanding.
We were sent links and ideas, I guess we were staggered at how personal the experience was.
Can't speak highly enough of our visit to THE TIEROOM, they come highly recommended 👌

We recently placed a large order of pocket squares and ties for our wedding party. Initially the sample we ordered didn't arrive so the customer service agent, Niklas kindly sent this again and included some additional samples for us. Luckily, one of the complimentary samples were the right fit for us and even though it was out of stock, Niklas put in a reorder for us to purchase.

Amazing customer service from Niklas from beginning to end. Can't wait for the order to arrive!

Tie bar turned up relatively quickly but is not a bar as it states in the description and the photo. It’s a very bulky clip - which we were trying to avoid. It was expensive for the quality and we only chose this because it was a bar. Now I have to spend £5 to return it making it a very costly mistake.

They gave me the wrong tie. I ordered a specific tie and in the order confirmation it said that the correct tie was going to be shipped but when it arrived, I received a completely different tie...

Excellent Service - placed order for 2 x Bow Ties with matching pocket squares on 21 December and order just received today 22 December 2023 which is fantastic.
Quality exceptional, my son will love these for wedding next week.
Definitely recommend to family and friends.

No he recibido el pedido. Poco formales, cobran un importe considerable para que recibas el envío en 2-4 días laborables y no cumplen dicho plazo. Te facilitan un enlace para hacer seguimiento del pedido y aparece que lo recibirás en septiembre (el pedido se realizó en abril). No se lo recomendaría a nadie.

At the time I was shopping around for a tie the website was user friendly. I tried logging on to the website today and I couldn't access the account. Descriptions of items was good, even giving width of tie at its widest point, which I found helpful because wanted to gift items to a yute bwoy, and noticed he only wears skinny ties. Paid £33 for tie and pocket square and £13 for postage and packing via DHL Express (2 week delivery time frame). Yeah, £46 in total. Expensiiiiiiiiive!!!! But I'd read other review platforms where customers complained of waiting weeks and their items weren't delivered. As it was my items took 7 days to arrive, which was great. The tie and pocket square were quality items and my friend really likes them and most importantly, he wears them. So the swift delivery helped mitigate the expensive p&p charge. I'd shop with them again, only if they sort their website out because like I said above, I can't find where to login. I think you have to shop for items and when you get to the check out, then you can sign in to your account. But not sure.

Great selection of silk ties for all occasions. One star deducted as £1 for a tiny sample a bit steep

Cheap and of poor quality. Slow delivery. If you decide to buy from Tieroom, which I advise you to not, place your order many weeks before you need your item.

Fantastic service and excellent quality product. Couldn't have been more helpful and efficient.
