Hab noch nie so eine schlechte Qualität bekommen.
Also Finger weg!!!
Werben hauptsächlich auf YouTube und Instagram.
Versand erfolgte ohne Lieferschein oder sonstiges.

Sent me knock off version of what I ordered (really bad quality - totally differnt colours). then tried to make me pay to ship it back to China for a partial refund. Quibbled about refunds and tried to con me into closing the case on PayPal. Still waiting for my money back. TideBuy? I'd strongly advise against it!

Achtung es gibt mehrere unterschiedliche Seiten. Auch „enyojemojill“ gehört dazu.
Ich habe um 100€ 2 Mäntel bestellt und es kamen komplett falsche Ware und Qualität 5€ Wert.

Seit 2 Monaten kämpfe ich mein Geld zurück zu bekommen.Mittlerweile auch Kreditkarteninstitut versucht mir dabei zu helfen.

I tried to sign in to the website, and it kept saying my password was incorrect. So I clicked "forgot password" for them to email me a link to reset it so I could sign in and contact them about my order. I never got an email to reset my password. I waited a week and then just filed a dispute with my credit card and got refunded.
THEN, I randomly got a package in the mail over the weekend, and it's my order, although the item I received doesn't really look like what was pictured, and the quality isn't what I'd hoped for. I feel kind of bad that I got a refund for an order that I eventually received, but whatever. I guess they should've had better communication. I wouldn't purchase from this website ever again.

Placed an order a month ago. Never received any confirmation email or anything. Nothing has arrived. They did charge my credit card, of course.

Si je pouvais mettre -50 étoile je le ferai. Site de fils de p..... de la m.... . Commande non livrée ça fait plus d'un mois même si j'ai payé livraison rapide en 5 jours maximum. Et même PayPal ne veut pas remboursé avant je sais pas combien de temps. On dirait qu'il sont complices avec eux .surtout éloignez vous de se site c'est de gros fdp. Je me suis fait avoir par eux et PayPal de m...... Je sais pas quand je serai remboursé après presque 2 mois d'attente. Faites attention aux sites sur internet et lisaient les avis avant de commander, faites pas comme moi, en plus c'est PayPal qui m'a inspiré confiance mais a la fin ils m'ont envoyé balader.

Die haben falsche Ware aus China gesendet das wollte ich dann zurück schicken. Die haben mir geschrieben ich könnte es doch jemanden schenken weil die Rückabwicklung mit den Abzügen und Gebühren Zu aufwendig ist. Na vielen Dank auch, jetzt hab ich hier Sachen rum liegen die mir nicht passen weil die Grössenangaben für uns Europäer einfach nicht passen.

Der billigste Chinaschrott wird einem geliefert. Mit der abgebildeten Ware nicht die geringste Ähnlichkeit. War anfangs sogar noch ganz zuversichtlich, da ich es mit Paypal bezahlt hatte. Über Konfliktlösung wollte ich es klären und natürlich auch mein Geld zurück. Der Verkäufer will einen Mürbe machen, in dem er immer nur 10,-€ Ersatz anbietet. Ich hatte weit über 60,-€ für einen extrem stinkenden Müll bezahlt und wollte mein Geld zurück. Paypal hat den Fall zu Gunsten des Verkäufers geschlossen. Bin da wirklich enttäuscht von Paypal. Wozu hat man einen Käuferschutz? Das Geld ist weg und Tidebuy und Paypal reiben sich die Hände. Finger weg von tidebuy und in diesem Fall auch von Paypal.

Boosale, this company is owned by Tidebuy International Limited Polish Branch. Not as advertised. I had to inquire a month in where my dress is. I was told it was out of stock. They charged me immediately. They could not tell me a month ago? Placed an order for another dress. They refunded me the 8.00 difference. Waited another month. Wrong size, wrong color. NOTHING like the picture EXTREMELY cheaply made. The lace on the bottom alone I could have gotten at the dollar store. I also paid for expedited shipping. They did offer me a refund of half the price. FORGET IT. This company is a sham. The only good thing I can say is they do reply to emails but quality is non existent. Take your business elsewhere.

PayPal soll endlich reagieren und zahlungen stopen!!!

Überall hört man das die Firma Tidebuy betrug ,
versendet nicht die Ware die auf dem Bildern zum Angebot stehen.
Versendet billige Ersatz Ware ohne die Möglichkeit zu haben zurück zu schicken.
Wann wacht, reagiert PAYPAL endlich auf , auf diese BETRUGER ???
Es sind schon mittelweile bestimmt hunderte Leute die so Betrogen sind , und haben keine Möglichkeit an eigenes Geld zu gelangen.
So lange PAYPAL das unterstützt und sein Geld damit macht wird nichts passiert.
So eine Firma wie TIDEBUY muss durch PAYPAL GESPERT werden.
Bei PAYPAL müssten bestimmt hunderte von Fehlen sich angesammelt haben , über die kosten die PAYPAL belasten möchte nicht sprechen.
Im sine von Verbraucher und auch von Paypal wäre es besser die BETRÜGER TIDEBUY zu sperren.

This is a fraudulent company, I ordered 3 things from here. As soon as I ordered 1 item was out of stock so the company said I will get a refund in the beginning of October and they will send me the other 2 items. It’s now end of October neither have I received my refund or the other 2 items. Company no where to be found. Emailed several time still no response.

Sie kriegen weder ihre Geld noch die Ware. Betrug.

I purchased a wig from this company's sister company Wigsbuy due to stage 4 lung cancer .. total scam do not order anything from either one of these companies!!! I still have not received my refund and sending wig back and them charging me a $20.00 restocking fee..I filed complaint with the BBB in California, Dolly Pardon's people and my Credit card and they have had numerous complaints on both companies. working to shut them down!!!!!

The most bad company . Never deliver the ordered goods. The government must arrest them and stop these criminals. They must be proud of themselves !!! Fake site only wants to become rich over the back of honest people

I've never experienced such poor service. No response on emails!!its going to 9 months now I never got my order and been fighting for my refund for over a month now no one is responding to my emails.

I loved this website but never will you see me again buying from them or even recommending it to anyone

Oh yeah I love this shop most, I found my favorite dresses and boots on it, and now I have ordered a few winter clothes, they always exceeded my expectations!! I will definitely come again~
