I'm leaving 3 because my experience was just okay, with a lot of little frustrations. Unfortunately. my package got lost in transit. I needed it for a friend's wedding gift, but the customer service team responded really fast and sent out a replacement right away. Luckily, my friend didn't mind getting the gift late, but I was still pretty upset - it took almost a month for the bag to finally arrive. Thankfully, the box wasn't damaged, and my friend loved the present. But shipping was super slow - nearly four weeks, way longer than promised.

This is a proper genuine online shop that actually sends what you order. I bought a pair of nice trainers and was shocked how spot-on they are compared to the pictures - every little detail. I waited nearly 25 days to get my shoes, so I was a bit worried at first. But the customer service team were really helpful; they got back to me quickly every time and explained that the shoes were custom made, so they needed a week to produce them. Once they'd finished them, they sent me photos to check and I was well happy with how they looked. Even though the shipping took a while, the whole experience was brilliant and the wait was well worth it. I'd definitely this shop to anyone after some quality trainers.

At first I was kinda worried 'cause I'd seen some mixed reviews online, but Tadabuy turned out to be totally real and reliable. I ordered a handbag and a pair of casual shoes, and both looked exactly like the pictures in the ad. Shipping was slower than I thought - took almost 3 weeks - and the tracking info was a bit messy the first few days. But their customer service was super quick to reply on WhatsApp. They answered all my questions patiently and kept me updated on the delivery regularly. I paid with PayPal so my payment was fully protected the whole time. They even put a little gift in my package, which was such a nice surprise. The quality of both the bag and shoes is way better than I expected - great stitching and really comfy materials. The long wait was totally worth it. I'll definitely shop here again and recommend it to my friends.

I received my order and I must say I was pretty disappointed. Although I knew it was a dupe but it even failed the dupe test. The craftsmanship was absolutely horrific
I fount this site on Facebook and I am a suggestion for their fact checkers . Check the vendors before you put them on your site

First of all, let me say that Tadabuy is real. I received the three bags I ordered, and they all arrived correctly. It's true that it took longer than expected, but they had already warned me that due to holidays in the country, the orders would arrive later. When I saw that several days had passed, I thought it was a scam and decided to write to them via WhatsApp. They always responded promptly and also kept me updated on the status of my order so I knew where it was at all times.

Expect the transit to be longer than you think and you won't be disappointed when it takes three weeks rather then the expected 1-2

When unsure I contacted Tadabuy and they were very good at communicating and explaining the issues with updates tracker info.
Once the items arrived we were over the moon. The sneakers were amazing and the bag beautiful - all 3 items were very well made and look absolutely stunning.
We will 100% but from here again..

Don't be out of by the bad reviews - they have been amazing with us and very helpful with beautiful items arriving safely

Not the top quality they say all items are. Very fake, very plastic-like!
I got one bag with very bad finish, and could not get a full refund, only 20% refund, then 30, then 50….and so on.
But never 100% refund, so I had the possibility to buy a new one with no faults/flawless finish.
Very unprofessional and very bad service!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ON THIS SITE!!!

Thief’s they sent wrong item and refuse to refund been promising a refund for 6 weeks now and not received stay well away! SCAM & liars

I had a great experience with Tadabuy. I liked the quality of their product and received my order on time. Their service and response time was good. Would definitely purchase again.

I purchased a LV bumbag, and like another customer has written, the bag is not quality leather as they advertised and the metal is extremely shiny and looks extremely cheap 😢 of course I did not expect it to be identical to the real thing, but this is not worth anywhere near what I paid. I have continuously asked for a full refund and details about where to send the bag back to, as they also advertise on their website. Now they are not responding to me at all.
Not worth half the money I paid unfortunately.

Further to my review on the 21/08/2025, they haven’t refunded me yet, as they replied to my review stated that they did, they are a fraud!!!! Please be careful and don’t waste your time and money on them!! I have issued a case to get my money back!!!!
******NOTE I have just received my money back on 12/9/25!

Never received my order it showed delivered in Arizona and not Texas and when I tried to se if I could get my refund they said they would resend it but never did and never sent me the new tracking number and they try to brag you in to not giving you your money back to be honest I was looking forward for the bag but was not satisfied with the shipping so I would really like my money back ……

Tadabuyonline shop is real. I got my ysl bag today it’s so good, comes with certificate and everything. Really high quality. Postage took longer than 5-10 days (3 weeks exactly) and tracking provided half the time didn’t work. They are very responsive on WhatsApp as I had to follow it up with them a few times. I was starting to think I was scammed. I paid via PayPal so if anything goes wrong your secured. Can’t add photos here unfortunately, but it was just like the picture.
