Great items and quick delivery

A fraud!!
I have purchased an order and never shipped. Sent several emails and no response. I want a refund urgently!!!!

Great communication and affordable pricing. Solid array of merchandise photos. US Customs is delaying all inbound shipments, don't hold that against the retailer. However, the items are not packaged well for shipment. At all. My LV box looks like it was drop-kicked from port to mailbox. If you don't care about the box, good on you. Luckily, my item appears unharmed. Upon inspection the "leather" smells chemically unlike cowhide and the plated metals are too shiny for a more discerning eye. The interior stitching and stamping aren't great. I'd upload photos if I could, sorry. But for the low price you can't be too dissatisfied I guess. 3.75:5 stars.

I ordered 3 products from this online store and just received my package today. I am SO HAPPY with my purchase as the products are excellent quality and condition and EXACTLY what I wanted. I will recommend this company to many!!! Putting in a new order soon!

The bag I received is beautiful, however, the strap that came with it doesn't match the color of the bag. I have yet to receive a response from customer service.

This company never follows its own policies. Their customer service team is terrible. Their website states that customers can exchange unsatisfactory items within 30 days. I contacted them, but they said they couldn’t do that and claimed that overseas shipping is too expensive. Instead, they offered me a 30% refund and told me to keep the item. I clearly told them I wanted an exchange, but they refused to follow their own guidelines. To make things worse, they over-folded the item during packaging, and now it’s nearly impossible to restore its original shape. What a disappointing waste of money. Be aware of this scam—once they get your money, they disappear.

***Note: I’ve never received any money back from this company yet. Stop lying!

Order 3 items and very pleased and happy with the items! They are gorgeous and loved how they have a cloth bag and were packaged in the box. Love the LV bag and wallet. The CD bag is perfect and got so many compliments on it. I will definitely be ordering more items.

Wunderschöne Taschen. Super verarbeitet und auf alle noch so kleinen Details geachtet (beschriftete Druckknöpfe und Taschenriemen). Preise sind absolut faire und der Kundenservice ist super schnell und freundlich. Auch der Versand ging verhältnismäßig schnell und man war dauerhaft über alle Versandschritte up to Date gehalten!

I can’t rate this company enough. I have just ordered my second bag. The first bag came so beautifully wrapped in the dust sleeve and in a gorgeous box. Communication from seller was almost daily. Lovely friendly team. Would highly recommend.
