Thanks so much for the great review! Really glad you’re happy with the monthly cleans and the annual conservatory and guttering work too. We always aim to keep our prices fair and the service reliable, so it means a lot to hear this 👍

All good
Cleans my windows every 6 weeks but you can choose how often you have them done. You have an email beforehand to let you know when it's due. Payment can be taken from your bank so no need to be at home as long as there is access to your windows. All good and would recommend.

Thank you so much for your kind words Mrs Eileen! We’re really pleased to hear you’re happy with the service and that even the tricky windows are now sparkling ✨ We always aim to be thorough, professional, and leave no mess behind. Thanks again for recommending Tidal Services
Sparkling.
The window cleaning service meted out over many years has been a chequered history of broken roof tiles and less than sparkling results. It was with no hope for better results that I came across Tidal, and at last I sighed a sigh of relief. They offer different options of time intervals for a cleaning service, they are very reasonably priced, and Richard Newman's team provides the service at very high professional standards.

The staff are prompt and efficient. Dealing with the company is simple and straight forward.
They do a good job of cleaning my windows and door.
My only issue was that a communication error meant that initially they attended my previous address instead of my present address.
