What I didn’t like
The watch is great. Thank you so much 😊
The only one thing I wasn’t happy with is that I haven’t received an order confirmation by email and delivery date.
I was trying to call you but the number wasn’t available.

Terrible company
Terrible company. Ordered an in stock watch which it was said would be despatched in 24 hours. No watch and no despatch/delivery email received. Three e-mail enquiries ignored. Refund obtained from PayPal with immediate acknowledgement and no quibble. Suggests they have experience with this company. Don't go near it!

AVOID! Never landed, had to get a refund
Ordered a watch on next day delivery, 2 weeks later hadn’t landed, chased to be given a tracking number which never became active. Ended up ordering elsewhere as it was a birthday gift. Asked for a refund and eventually got one but even that took a few days and had to be chased. Poor service, broken communication.

Re: order 2425 19-05-2022
Hi,
Can you tell me what's happening to my order?
Having paid extra for delivery, I was expecting for the watch to arrive today to give as a present on Monday but when tracking the parcel it states that hasn't been yet dispatched by yourselves?
Can you please update me of status of my order and when to expect it please?
Regards
Carlos
