Hi there,
Apologies, at the time of this order Royal Mail were experiencing the biggest strikes in history and your item was confirmed lost with them, you were refunded but let us know if you have any questions or queries and we would be happy to assist.

The worst web shopping experience you will ever have.
Ordered over a month ago, no tracking number provided they constantly just say it’s due to strikes - this is not the case. They are now not responding to messages, the phone number does not ever allow you to ring. They use the same rhetoric that they will give you 10% off order. I’ve spent over £100 and have nothing and no way of complaining as they don’t respond. Avoid this website at all costs, do not make a mistake ordering from them.

Broken when arrived
The watch turned up in its box as expected, until we opened it to have a look at the watch, the pin was bent and the watch is broken.

First Class All Round!!
Really good selection of watches, first of all. Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal made this even sweeter. Item was sent immediately, arrived safely and only delayed due to Royal Mail strikes which are not the fault of Tick Tock Watches. Highly recommended.

No problems at all item arrived a little late due to postage strike. Tiktok say they will refund postage as paid for next day delivery.

Dreadful experience
Dreadful experience. I still don’t know what happened to my order after my bank details were past on to the company. I contacted them and they replied that the confirmation of my order is on my spam folder (it was not the case) and refused to resent it. After that they just ignored my emails.
