They are reliable to make sure ticket available.
They made upgrade my ticket because original one was not available. It was lifetime memory to see premiere league with my son who lives abroad.

Be careful , you don’t get the tickets you pay for. You get tickets but completely different ones in much worse locations. It’s a scam .

THEY DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN!!
I ordered and paid for tickets for Lower Central Long Arsenal v Man City on Oct 8, 2023. The day before the match they email me and give me an offer of NO TICKETS with full refund or Upper Central Long with a £75 refund. Of course I took the upper tickets. Now tickets arrived and I’m in the UPPER CORNER and they gave me a £100 refund. This is an SCAM operation who uses bait and switch techniques to get your money. Not even close to what I paid for. Not to mention I flew from US for this match.
I would see out a company that gives you actual seats at the time of purchase. These guys only give you a general vicinity seat and then change it to different seats at the last minute so you have no choice but to accept their scraps. Avoid this company at all costs.

A first and good experience with Tickets Queen. A bit stressful though because the first two tickets I got (on the day before the game) were not in the same area, but the problem was quickly solved. The customer service on line is very reactive and efficient. I would only propose that the reservation fee for each ticket appears from the beginning and then would be included in the price.

We had a really nice and uncomplicated experience with TicketsQueen in February. Chelsea vs. Southampton with very, very good seats in Long Lower on row 6. Everything worked as promised, and it was all money worth + more🤩🤩 We will definitely use TicketQueens again in the future.

Es hat alles super geklappt! Die Tickets kamen pünktlich zwei Tage vor dem Spiel, ticketsqueen war immer zuverlässig und hat innerhalb weniger Stunden geantwortet. Wir hatten Tickets für das Spiel Liverpool gegen Fulham, welches leider wegen des Emirates FA Cups verschoben wurde - aber das war kein Problem. Wir wurden rechtzeitig vom ticketsqueen informiert und konnten die Tickets in ein anderes Spiel tauschen! Excellent service, perfect experience. I have to admit I was a little skeptical ordering tickets to a Chelsea game the morning of the match and having never used this service before. However the transaction could not have been better, bought ticket on their site, they were delivered via email within the hour and got into ground and found seat without an issue. These guys are good, very good!

Quick and fast service on both e-mail and chat. Tickets worked and we got to see the game (Arsenal-Man C). The cut in the joy was that we ordered and paid for lower longside but got upper longside. Did´t get any money back for the difference in price between the two places.

I had a lot of anxiety after booking tickets for the Arsenal v Brentford game as a Christmas gift. The fact that premiership tickets are released so near to the date, and the hotel costs and travel for the recipients of my gift had me quaking on a cliff edge.

TicketsQueen were a bastion of reassurance, promptly replying to my every (probably very annoying) email of concern with calm assurance. I promise next time to trust them COMPLETELY.

Daughter and boyfriend had such an amazing time, with fabulous seats and no issues at all downloading the tickets or upon arrival at the Emirates. Such a fantastic experience for them. Already have my eye on next Xmas!

I would like to comment on Reply to my complaint, the seats I paid for were long lower side and at the front what we got is high up in the corner and the other 2 seats were in the next block NOT a few rows away.. its appalling the money you charged for good seats only to be sent tickets of a significant lower value with randomers names on! What if we had been asked for ID? The seats were NOT good seats my Grandson couldn't see the game we were sat so far back..
I understand why you can't be truthful with your comments the least you could do is offer some sort of apology you have made quite a profit on my sale alone, I hope you are proud that you caused upset and tears for my family, you ought to be ashamed!

We purchased 4 tickets to go to the Tottenham Hotspur stadium and had the best time with great seats.
It was an amazing experience and we will definitely buy future tickets again with TicketsQueen.

Showed up at arsenal game tonight. And been sold duplicate as 2 other people in the seat had the exact same ones . Emailed ticketqueen right away and was told name must be mix up and now blocked emails . Didn't get to see the game as other people where in first
Paid a fortune and flew down from Scotland for special xmas present . Very upset child. .

Yes you did reply to my email telling me "please not to speak to anyone "and to go quickly to other seats . I can post emails on here If you want . I have nothing to hide . I didn't get the email whilst still in the stadium as for over 30 mins all the emails I sent you where blocked! so much so i resorted to a friend emailing you and got through . All too little too late . why did you not want me to speak to anyone in the stadium? ... And your point that I got into the stadium ??? That made it worse to get in with all the exitement and then asked to leave before the match was so upsetting. Yes I was given a refund quickly and offered tickets for another game the next day for 2 other teams But we came to see arsenal . Flights hotel and few days in London to see arsenal . The whole trip was ruined because you sold 2 tickets to 4 people. End of.!
