I have nothing but excellent things to say about the company and their staff, with one exception. The printing quality of the product was excellent, however whatever you do, DO NOT order the 130 lb. cardstock badges if these are going to be the only badge on your attendees' lanyard. The paper is too thin and they rip very easily. These would probably be ok for an add-on badge, but by themselves they are far too fragile.

I greatly wish their sales staff had warned us about this in advance. I'm sure the synthetic ones are better, and may consider going with those next time, even though the price is considerably higher.

It was so easy to customize the flyer and it shipped the next day. The quality was outstanding for the price!
