TicketBox, the best platform for booking

TicketBox team is very helpful, polite and prompt. They do their best to assist you. In my case, we had to change the booking date due to an unfortunate event that happened. And they were very prompt to do needful for us. A big Thank you to Ms Pevita.

My booking via Ticketbox was done so…

My booking via Ticketbox was done so effectively. I was very satisfied with the service. I would definitely give it a 10 score.
As for the hotel, I just went to Outrigger Beach Resort for my daughter's birthday. Everything was top-notch . The room, the food, the drinks. The hotel staff were always helpful and very polite.
I would recommend the hotel. It is the place to be if you want to give yourself a break.

Proactive and very helpful

Hats off to Nusrat from ticketbox for her professionalism and proactivity. She helped me to book a last minute hotel stay at so sofitel and thanks to her, I got early check in and late checkout.
The hotel is very clean, calm and peaceful environment.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
I BOOKED A SPA PACKAGE FOR MY MOTHERS BIRTHDAY AT HILTON HOTEL AND WHEN I GOT HERE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE ANY BOOKING FROM TICKET BOX. Just imagine! I just announced the surprise to her and seconds later the security says that they do not have any reservations! I could see the deception in my mother’s eyes! I am extremely disappointed!
We tried to call ticket box but apparently they do not work on Sunday! The cherry on the cake!

We also proved to you that we communicated promptly to the hotel regarding your booking. Despite that it was not our fault, we provided you with a full refund as a commercial gesture. friendly assistance

Reshma was very helpful in assisting me to choose a nice hotel for the celebration of my wedslding anniversary. She was quick to answer my queries. She has also been able to help postpone my stay due to an unforeseen circumstance.
