Very bad experience
Very bad experience. Highly unprofessional. An event was cancelled in October 2025 we are june 2026 still i haven't been refunded i keep calling and contacting your agents I've sent mails WhatsApp call. The only response we've sent your complaint to finance. Does that take 1 year omg. You guys claim 10 to 15 working days return policy. Stop advertising fake information. Very bad service.

Ticket Box is one of the best platform ever.
First of all,great thanks to Mr Chundun for the excellent service that he provided for making the Booking process quicker and hassle-free.Anytime I have contacted Mr Chundun,he is always at my disposal. I also appreciated the clear breakdown of prices with no hidden fees. I had a question about my reservation but fortunately he responded quickly and professionally.
