The Tickd team are a great help to us
The Tickd team are a great help to us, always available and very proactive at getting us the best possible energy deals. In September 2025 they locked in our gas until 2029 which has saved our business significant sums as well as operating headaches.

I have recently used Richard from Tickd to help me navigate a dispute with Yu energy which we had to unfortunately take to the Ombudsman. Richard was nothing less than helpful at all times and has gone above and beyond to help me get what can only be described as a great outcome! I will definitely be using Tickd again in the future to switch suppliers.

After finding ourselves having problems with British Gas over charging our business account. The support, patience and most importantly a great final result all whilst keeping us calm and informed during this complicated ordeal was refreshingly efficient!
A knowledgeable firm that helped us understand all the aspects of my bill. We have now switched to another provider and thrilled to be saving money.
