I recently had to review and sign a contract amendment, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of support I received from TEM Energy’s Customer Experience team.

A particular thank you to Hannah, who was very helpful throughout the process. She was responsive, clear in her explanations, and made what could have been a confusing situation feel straightforward and well managed. Navigating energy contracts is not always simple, but her support made a noticeable difference.

I also appreciated the collaborative approach and professionalism shown throughout. It’s refreshing to see this level of customer care, particularly within the energy sector.

Overall, a very positive experience.

I recently entered into two new contracts with Tem energy, mainly because they were competitively priced. The onboarding process was very straightforward.
The reason I am leaving this review is to acknowledge the email I just received from them stating they will absorb the significantly increased TNUoS for the remainder of my contract. They could pass them on but have chosen not to, which demonstrates their understanding and support for their business customers. Well done Tem!

tem have been fantastic to work with to help our customers with Half Hourly meters. They quote fast with easy to use live links. The RED tariff has a real feelgood 'green' factor too.

Great supplier. Prices wipe others off the market. Not only that, but the account managers are phenomenal. Free weeks energy, additional money back annually - truly a supplier shaping the energy market for the better. Well done TEM, and specifically Hitesh.

As a broker I’ve worked with TEM and in particular Hitesh for a while now. Pricing is fantastic, seamless systems and Hitesh is just efficient in everything he does.

My experience with TEM energy is always pleasant and made very smooth by the fantastic staff specifically Carolina and Charlie who are always very easy to deal with and make working with TEM an absolute delight!

Wish they had a phone number you could contact as had around 5 invoices sent me this month to replace a broken meter also they’re live chat is not live never available when I go on there

I have been using TEM now since the start of this year and i cannot praise them more highly. Their prices are the cheapest on the market, fully fixed and with Zero hidden fees and complete transparency unlike many other suppliers. Their customer service is second to non with UK based support and help and direct dials to account managers meaning you always get looked after.
