The product is easy to order and arrives fast. I have been impressed by the sugar cane and bamboo toilet rolls. I see no reason to use another manufacturer.

Tiboo is an eco-friendly online store specialising in zero waste products for everyday life. Every day we witness the increasing effects of global warming. Deforestation is a massive contributor. With trees being harvested for such things as toilet paper, the knock-on effect is alarmingly clear. Tiboo is set to change that. In our time, use of toilet paper around the world has increased significantly and it’s part of our society today. Tiboo doesn’t use paper pulp from trees, we use pure bamboo instead which is one of the world’s fastest growing plants regrowing fully within two years. Bamboo toilet tissue is luxurious, anti-bacterial, naturally hypoallergenic and fantastic for your skin. So you can be eco-friendly without compromising on quality. Our range has quickly grown to include an entire range of sustainable cleaning products. Our products are designed for use in the home as well as for businesses who care about their green credentials.

Hi this a problem with trust pilot not us, I have urgently asked them to investigate.
Good customer service
I had an issue with the soap foam dispenser tablets bought some time ago, which caused my foam soap dispensers to block and stop working. It was a while ago (2 years) that I bought the tablets and had the issue, but a random reminder from Trust Pilot this week asked me to leave feedback so I did!
To their credit, I had swift contact from the company so whilst the product didn’t work for me, I can’t fault their customer service, and can recommend them as a business that likes to put things right when things don’t work.

Good company to deal with and I love their products too. The sugar cane loo roll is good and I really like the foaming soap tabs - wish they’d do an antibacterial one though! Really quick delivery, Will be re-ordering
