ordered some wool online and have never…
ordered some wool online and have never received, tried e mailing them - no reply, tried calling and their mailbox is full of messages so you cant leave one (and they don't answer) tried chat function on website - guess what.. no reply! ill have to try and contact my credit card company for a refund that way but you might want to avoid this company for these reasons! Hoping this review might prompt them into getting in touch - you never know!!

Good range of affordable quality yarn
Good range of affordable quality yarn. The colours on the website are just like the actual colours. I ordered on the Thursday and the delivery arrived on the following Monday. I received regular order status updates. A very positive first experience. I will no doubt be ordering from this site again.

Excellent service
Very impressed with my first order. Arrived well packaged and in less than 48 hours. Fantastic quality soft double knit at a very competitive price. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Great products, Fast shipping
I order yarn fairly regularly to make products for my business and we’ve tried various places to get yarn that’s consistently products that are in-stock with fast shipping etc etc.
The Wool Factory have ticked all the boxes for us and will continue to purchase from them

Great customer service.. Ordered online and my delivery arrived in under 48 hours. Well packaged, the wool is very good quality. Am very impressed and would recommend this company.
