SCAMMER!! Please avoid this seller. The products never arrived. Seller refused to issue the refund and never responded to your email and needs.

Estou completamente apaixonado pelos óculos. Já havia tempo que pesquisava sobre esse tipo de produto, pois há alguns anos fiz a cirurgia refrativa e passo muito tempo com telas. Felizmente decidi por adquirir com vocês, uma qualidade e beleza absurda.
Comprei 2 modelos mas vou completar a coleção!

I ordered on 13 August with Priority Shipping advertised as 2–5 days, but my order did not arrive until 21 August eight days later. While tracking showed the package still in Mainland China, WARBLUE sent automated updates claiming everything was “progressing normally,” without providing a realistic explanation or delivery date.

When the order arrived, it was also incorrect. I ordered two clear-lensed pairs, then clearly requested that only one be changed to yellow, while the other remained clear. I sent a photo showing this, but received two yellow pairs instead.

I contacted WARBLUE on 21 August, the day I received the incorrect order. I followed up again on 23 August, twice on 26 August, on 28 August, on 29 August, and again on 2 September, seven emails in total about the incorrect order and replacement. This was in addition to my earlier emails on 13, 18, and 19 August regarding the order change, delayed delivery, and misleading tracking updates, meaning I sent at least ten emails about this order overall.

On 29 August, after all these emails and repeated follow-ups, WARBLUE finally admitted in writing that the mistake was theirs. However, they still did not provide return instructions, arrange a replacement, confirm a dispatch date, or offer any concrete solution. When I followed up again on 2 September, I received another generic apology saying the issue was still being reviewed. After emails dated 21, 23, 26, 28, and 29 August, and 2 September, I was still left without the clear pair I ordered or any replacement arranged.

An eight-day delivery despite priority shipping, misleading updates, the wrong products, and weeks of emails just to obtain a replacement is completely unacceptable. Extremely disappointing customer service. I would not recommend WARBLUE.

I received them some days ago and the product looks high quality. I fell in love with them, i got yellow for mornings and red for nights. They actually has good performance and help my eyes to reduce the tiredness. But i consider you can improve the time of delivery in latin america. Best regards from El Salvador!

I like the glasses. I wear the Galileo (yellow) once often, and always when Infront of my computer and I feel my eyes not getting as tired or strained.
The Da Vinci (red) I use often an hour or so before bed, after I closed my computer down and put my phone away.

Absolutely recommend these products for anyone sitting at a computer or just to block out the harmful light in everyday life
