We decided to make the switch away from our older phone system running on analogue lines and approached several companies for advice and guidance. The VoipShop gave us an excellent demonstration of a complete new system which proposed many benefits in terms of integration with our multiple in-house MIS estate.
The integration went ahead as planned and demonstrated opportunities and benefits that we had not anticipated.
Since then, we've been fine-tuning and the team at the VoipShop - mainly Muhammad and Keiron - have been extremely responsive (and patient) in dealing quickly and professionally with our many requests.
The end result is a system that has given us several advantages over the previous system and greatly reduced the time taken in dealing with pupil absences and other admin tasks.

VoIP shop for many years have provided our voip phone system. I recently upgraded our internet connection to FTTP with voip shop as our old copper was due to be retired. At the same time we upgraded to new Cisco handsets as well. AJ was brillaint throughout the process, making the costs clear and saving us money where he could whilst ensuring we future proofed our systems. We upgraded in March and since then it has been bullet-proof. We're also using Ciscos Webex which seamlessly gives me access to our business lines through to my mobile allowing me to answer calls and take enquiries when I'm not in the office. They provided fantastic training on the new systems and have been on hand to follow up with us to provide after sales service. I can highly recommend AJ and VoIP Shop to anyone who is considering using their services.

The VoIP shop are worse than useless! On the 20/05/26 I spoke with Will Osbourne, to try and arrange a demonstration of the AI secretary service. He assured me an engineer with contact me in a few days with a number I could use to try out a demo. By 26/05/26 I hadn’t heard anything so I phoned again and spoke with Will Osborne, he again assured me I’ll be hearing from an engineer via email the phone number I could use to demo their Service.. It has now got to the end of that week and I haven’t heard from anybody at all. What absolute complete and utter waste of time. These people obviously don’t want customers. I’ll be going elsewhere of course.

The team at VOIP Shop have been fantastic to work with from start to finish. From our initial enquiry, where we spoke with Will, through to the onboarding process, the level of support has been excellent.
