Justin and Ruda' provide the most transparent, valuable information that I have been able to apply to my life. The experience I've gained from practicing some of the skill sets Ive learned feel like being held under water for most of my life and suddenly breaching the waters surface and coming up for that first breath of air. Every day I received a post from the Vessel with a thoughtful Question to pounder upon related to life's experiences, from someone that has been there and done that.
It's not often that you are asked deep questions to reflect on and truly answer these questions as a guiding light along life's journey to see things from a different perspective.

The vessel is consistently working in self development.

Subjects are instantly engaging, easy to read and comprend. From my own predicament I have found them to be thoughtful and very considerate to me in said situation. I thank them for the concern that they have shown to me.

Through the wide variety of approaches to help me understand the reasons why I feel "stuck" in life (for example, the daily pills), I better understand how to overcome them. Plus, I then realise that these reasons were purely misconceptions that I believed, so knowing that's not the case gives me a sense of freedom.
