The teachings from these guys carry a lot of truth and the exercises really work for me. There is so much 'self-help' online, and I am very particulae about what I trust, but time and again I find improvements in my inner world due to the these trainings. I am in no rush, so the ongoing access allows me to take my time to embody and deepen the practices, even as I solo-parent and work and age etc :) v grateful!

The Vessel.io is literally a "blessings of gods" that has helped me in the darkest time of my life. What I have been dealing with is narcissistic abuse.
Thevessel.io has helped me recover from this very painful form of psychological abuse and Ruda's thought provoking insights shed light on the true self and help with healing and overcome the darkness that outside forces bring into your life.

The Vessel has a great platform that is user-friendly and offers a vast range of resources that have really supported me through my journey of self-discovery & spiritual growth.
