Great until something goes wrong.
Placed and order for 40 disposable vapes with this company for over £100.
Sent them an email saying they sent me 4 rechargeable vapes instead worth £27.
Instead of replying to my email, they WhatsApp me with no introduction and typing in capitals. Then with no permission to do so, they call me. They were very abrupt and denied that they sent the wrong items.
Finally they admitted it was their mistake. I offer to pay for the 3 vapes with a discount because of their mistake. They only gave £3 discount.
Their attitude changed for the better once I expressed how bad their customer service is.
Let's hope it will continue as it was not a pleasant experience.

Obviously my feedback was ignored, as they took me off their mailing list.
This is a perfect example of horrendous customer service.

Sent me a WhatsApp again after I updated my review. Telling me they would block be from further orders if I did not update my review.
Have accused me of being aggressive when it was them on the phone being defensive.
I paid for the vapes that you sent in error as I mistakenly thought were from another vendor, who I am now using instead.
It took a few weeks to sort out but they had my £75 the whole time and I was grieving from a family member passing.
You have left me no choice but to tell the facts. Get some customer success training. Other reviews have mentioned that an angry person phoned them too.

We appreciate your feedback, you sent us two orders and both times our staff contacted you via WhatsApp and phone calls for assistance and both times you refused to reply back, you didn’t answer calls you stated you are busy, you got aggressive simply because they used Capital letters in the text,it took us two weeks to get hold off you. Both times your orders were given to you just how you wanted them. You were sent a parcel which was supposed to be for one of our other customers, you consumed all those vape even they weren’t your and you wanted us to give you discount for that. We appreciate every feedback given to us and our staff takes care of all our customers as you can see by most other reviews left on trustpilot/google/website. You left me with no choice to come here and state all this because sometimes its the customer who makes it impossible for businesses to run and give them tough time its not always the business that does that. I hope we can learn from this.

Excellent service and products.... We've used this company many times now and what can I say apart from 5 stars from us, easy to order, excellent communication from start pre-order to delivery, I'm always asking before ordering for advice on different vapes, great choice of vapes at respectable prices and speedy delivery always within 72 hours without fail. Couldn't recommend this company enough wouldn't go anywhere else so five stars from me 👏👏👏

The flavours are on the web page so I order them and then I always get a phone call to say you don't have them .Then rushed to choose different flavours! So today Sunday I received a very rude call from vape giant about my review I left online which was my honest opinion and was told I cannot do that!!..the review was a positive criticism to try and improve the ordering process....well i won't be using them again ,there are plenty more decent understanding companies out there

I'd never used this site before but…
I'd never used this site before but wanted to get some early Christmas presents in and the prices were pretty decent. I placed a big order (nearly £300, was going to order more but didn't want to risk it with not using these before and hoped for the best. Well my order arrived very quickly, really well packaged and they even sent me a free sample vape in with the order so l'm really happy. Only gripe was not getting tracking info to know when they were going to arrive, but otherwise great service 👌 I’ll be back for more
