Totally a con ,agree a price then take a deposit then tell you to contact the helpline to validate your details or cover would become void, called them, gave my details and said the quote has increased to nearly double, I said no and to refund my deposit to the response of “let me speak to my boss who will type in his code” he knocked £150 off, I still said no to the reply of “we don’t want to lose your business “ and to hold the line then came back to “ive used my personal discount code to get you an extra £100 off” for me it was the principle of the whole thing , very wrong , bye the way, I’m still waiting for my £129 deposit

I put in my details for a quote, specified that I didn't want to be contacted, had a phone call within 60 seconds of the quote going through. In the last 2 days I've had around 15 unsolicited calls and some texts on top. These are data farmers, don't even give them your information

Total waste of time! Spent 15minutes infilling inside leg measurement and get a quote up of £7182.00 and IMMEDIATE call on my mobile blatantly checking if mobile was live, I've entered DOB, mobile number, vehicles details this site is a SCAM

No idea where to start, it's that time to search for a better renewal price, have to do it each year as every company ups their price on auto renewal.
At 1317hrs yesterday I was given a price with a quote ref number, then at 1536hrs I decided to edit this quote and remove the named driver from the same quote and received a new quote price and number. Guess what? It would cost some £45 more for less! I thought the best thing was to contact their customer service and ask their advice. At 1542hrs, put through to an Indian call centre, more than very difficult to understand agent, who requested we check all the details again being unable to access the first 'quote' number price. I was NOT told this was for yet another quote!
They explained prices changed every hour, but, I still had a 'quote' reference. After 27mins and giving all my details again, the quote came back at yet another price including a £40 admin fee! Still above first quote and close to the upper second quote.
I thanked the agent and ended the call.
At 1629hrs, did a new quote with same details, price still the same as the +£45 quote. Hadn't changed in the hour. Makes you think the first quote is a bait.
Don't go anywhere near this company, I should have checked here first.
Needless to say, now insured.

Update edit on 25/02/24 that's 8 days later.
Today I received the original quote offer again, the one they could not find or use, issued by the same insurance company via this broker, for the original cost! How strange is that?

Update edit on 03/03/2024 yet more days have passed and still they offer me, by email, the same quote again with same ref number, funny how this was not available only hours after they quoted on 17/02/2024. Says it all.

The Van Insurer sent out a request early informing me my insurance was due a month earlier than it actually was. I renewed for that date before realising that the renewal would of been early and cancelling the policy directly with the company I took out the insurance with (who were understanding).. waste of my time. This must be a common early communication scam to beat the genuine brokers who you may have previously dealt with. I will ensure my friends and family are aware of this and beware of it for other brokers in future.. I'm sure they are not the only ones !!
UPDATE: I unsubscribed them but some quotes seemed to get through to my email that where 2-3 times higher than the premium I took out!

Avoid at all costs. They work with scam companies.

Nova direct took £500 off me, made up a reason to increase my premium, charged me a hefty amount to cancel, and 1 month later I’m still waiting for a refund.

Had to contact my credit card company and the financial ombudsman to try and sort.

Really hard to talk to someone to ammend anything.
Indian call centre, hard to understand when they talk really fast.
Just finding them impossible to deal with.
Do not use - stay away - pay the extra

I had just filled in a quote request and was still on line when a pushy woman phoned me and insisted that we go through all the details so that she could confirm the quotes that I had in front of me on the computer. Their cheapest quote was £80 more than I had from another source. These clowns must think that we are all stupid. In case you want to block their phone number, it is 02382549812.
