I sent a fax and purchased a small box of paper clips at a UPS store in Healdsburg CA, my wife had already purchased paper clips so went to return the clips for a refund, they have a no refund policy. That's pretty tight and petty I'm doing my faxing some where else.

I Purchased A Few Items By The 03/30/2023 (Thurs-Day) @ Around 2:30 P.M. & Just Wanted To Apply Gigantic Complaint Opposing A Young Latino North American Male Clerk Having Average Build @ 5’6” With The Pretty Short Hair (Early, Mid Or Late Twenties) Being Named ????? That Has A Completely Sullen Behavior And Hates Of The Daily Grind But Will Never Quit, Horrifying People Skills When It Allies To Card Machine Operation And Likes To Get Beyond Aggressive With The Continued Verbal Fighting By The Check-Stand. ????? Is A 100% Tyrant Bully As Far As Being More Than Narcissistic, Enormously Oppressive With The Superior Approach Demeanor To Abuse With The Power And Run Of The Process Just Like A Crude Toward Others, Degrading, Apathetic, Heart-Empty, Negative Attitude, Condescending Maniacal Syndrome, Looney, Irritating, Diabolical, Abrasive Callous Arrogant Monster That Really Enjoys By The Opportunity To Lambaste As Well As Chastise Poverty Stricken People. I Definitely Contacted A Manager @ The UPS Store 7577 (711 Stony Point Road, Suite 7, Santa Rosa, California 95407 & Cell Phone Number 707-806-2700) That Gave Me Just An Empty Promise When It Comes To Discipline For Paltry Individual Being Named ????? Of The A1 First-Clase Liability Problem!!!

I want to share what happened to me at The UPS Store today because I am sure it is not something that corporate would approve of. I will give a synopsis of what happened.

At approximately 4:15 pm on February 13, 2023, I stopped at the following store:

This is what happened.

- I asked the attendant what options I would have to ship an envelope with one or two day delivery. I handed him the addressed envelope.
- He asked me for my phone number, and I gave him my phone number.
- He asked if I have been here before because my name did not come up in the system. I told him I have been there many times.
- He then asked me what my address was. I pointed to the envelope that I had handed him and told him it was on the envelope.
- He looked upset because he would have to enter me into the system.
- He then told me that I looked like I had an attitude. He handed me back my envelope and said, “You will have to go to the post office.” Then he walked away from my counter to the far other counter with his back to me.
- I asked him for the supervisor. He said that he is the supervisor. I asked him for his name. He replied, “Josh.”

Is this your standard service for UPS?
Is this protocol for helping a customer?
I was refused service for trying to express ship an envelope.
I then had to drive to the US Post Office to mail my envelope.

I hope the owners of this store replace Josh asap before more customers get treated like this. I am extremely dissatisfied and will let others know how I was treated at The UPS Store.

Store#0423 in Smithfield is THE BEST !! I have had a mailbox there for four years .

The UPS Store at Clovis and Fowler Ave. is the best in customer service and handling all your mailing and shipping needs. I've used them for years for a mailbox but they are so much more. Fast and efficient!!

I had assumed that I could log into my nearest TheUpsStore.com's website, choose a PDF file of a product's warranty claim needed to ship it for repair or replacement, upload said file, and have it ready to print upon my arrival to ship item to manufacturer.. WRONG!?

I'm a very savvy geek type that is the tech support dude for many for decades now; I was baffled on their utterly unintuitive website on how to accomplish this? Hasn't happened once on the old Kinkos I used to use in my former business for years with no such obtuse website design.
