Worst Packer and Mover Service
I used their services for packing and shifting from Bangalore to another city in the North.
Really poor and pathetic service. All fragile items are broken. Some expensive items are stolen. No unloading was done by them despite being included in the initial agreement.
Tldr - Shoddy service all around. Won't recommend. Save your money and look for a different vendor.

Timely, hassle-free and safe service
I've used their service twice to deliver 2 boxes and then 1 box with clothes and books from Bengaluru to Mumbai. I was worried about the boxes getting soaked due to the rains but the delivery from the point of collection to delivery which took 3-4 days was on time and reached perfectly safe and in good condition. A big thank you to The Transporter team !!!

Good value for money
Good value for money. Easy pick up and delivery. Not giving 5 starts mainly as they charged me extra for packing and showed the box will be shrink wrapped, but it wasn’t done. Only tape was used to secure the box and this additional charge shouldn’t have been taken.

4 large cartons handled well
I sent 4 cartons containing old children novels and story books; was extremely nervous the cartons would get wet due to rain - but Rohit and team managed well. The pick-up was on time and as commited but the delivery was delayed by a day - however the service through Rohit’s follow-up and the dedication of the delivery team was well done. Thank you 🙏 and do recommend the services of The Transporter Packers & Movers
