Thank you for delivering my stuff on time.

Very prompt service, friendly and helpful staff. They have their own loading people, hassle free transport without worrying about the safety of the goods. The staff secured my goods so as to not move. Very reliable, no delays.

Mr Vishal was very helpful from the start till the end. The transportation service was speedy and reliable. Right from the pick up point till delivery each person was kind and helpful. It’s a home to home service, I did not have to lift a single package. My packages were handled and delivered with care; and no damage was done.

I recently used Mr. Naveen's transport service to move my wooden-packed bike from jaipur to Bangalore, and I'm extremely satisfied with the experience. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stree-free. My bike was handled with great care, and the wooden packing ensured it arrived in perfect condition. Communication was prompt, and i was updated regularly throughout the transit. I highly recommend Mr. Naveen for anyone looking for reliable and secure vichle transport services. Excellent service from start to finish!

First time taken services. Very good service. There is slight delay but shipment received as it is without any damage. Good response from customer care. Thank you.

Quick service, polite behaviour, safe delivery..

Till they got my down payment and deciding on the pick-up date of my electronic item it seemed good but the moment I decided not to go with them all communication ceased after I was promised (WhatsApp message) that the down payment would be refunded within 48 hours but even after more than 5 days no refund was offered. It is now over a week since that promise. All communication has been terminated from their end. Emails, messages all go unanswered. I have taken up the case with the Consumer Hotline hoping for a resolution. Two stars for the initial responses they were providing otherwise I would just give them one star.

Update - May 26. Tried calling the number they have provided (in the response) yesterday and today the 26'th and it says the number is outside the network area. I also sent an e-mail yesterday to the support e-mail address provided and I don't think I'll get any response. It is very likely that I will be changing the rating to one star soon.

Update - May 27. Changed rating to one star for the poor response and service.

Update - August 19. No refund as yet. Consumer Hotline has also given up on them as there is no response from them.

I had a great experience with Transporter Packers. The service was professional, timely, and hassle-free. The staff was courteous and handled everything with care. My goods arrived safely and on time, exactly as promised. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they were responsive to all my queries. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and efficient transport services. Would definitely use their service again.

The service is fast and good.

Outstanding service with speed and safety. Apart from this the staff is very friendly and cooperative.

Chasing my household shifted from vijaywada to lucknow but no confirmation. Few of them responded initially but with no answer . now they stopped responding also. Talks only about money and they dont have any idea where the household is missing. Need to go and file complaint for this
