Ordered a new mattress for maxi cosi iora. Had left it a bit late, messaged customer services to ask if they could speed up delivery. Which they did and got back to me the next day.
They also messaged to check that it had been delivered.

Fabulous service and mattress fits perfectly!

I had a quick response to my order asking me to give more information to check that I would receive the correct size of mattress for the Uppababy carrycot as there are several different versions. I then received the mattress within a couple of days. Very polite and efficient service.

Amazing service, even managed to even managed to change the address the night before delivery after closing time the tiny coir and wool mattress looks fab and well made. Granddaughter loves it too.

So we had to have our daughters mattress custom made to size as our cot had been passed down to us but it was originally from America so the size was different to usual UK sizes. It arrived quicker than I thought, the quality is just amazing, and my daughter as been sleeping brilliantly on it. Their customer service was great, answering any queries I had quickly and always giving me the information needed - From trying to understand the differences in mattress types to the day it was being delivered. I’m so glad I used the tiny bed company!

Excellent service. Had a custom made mattress made for an awkward sized travel cot, and it came very quickly and looks made to a high quality. Son now sleeps so much better on this mattress. Very comfy. Impressed that the price to have it custom cut was the same as the 'ready-made' mattresses.

We ordered a mattress for the family cut that has unusual measurements. The instructions online for measuring were clear and easy to follow.
We haven’t used the cot mattress yet, as baby hasn’t yet arrived.
The delivery was reliable and well communicated.
