I wouldn't recommend them to a friend.
Prices are sighter cheaper than other shops but absolutely no customer service. They have tured into only salesman that don't care about quality. Once they have got the money, they are not obliged to respond to your concerns. They gave me wrong advice, despite numerous emails advisig my settings, sold us an incompatible package, sent us their technician who was unfamiliar with Panasonic struggling for 3 hours to set up the auto attedant message finally couldn't transfer voice over audio file to the system properly and couldn't run the secod line.
We wrote numerous emails to Telecomshop for a response on why they sold us the equipment that won't work. No response to fix the problem. Not a single apology. Finally we informed their manager to solve the problem. His immediate response was so bullying that leaves us with no choice but taking the case to Fair Trading.

The Telecom Shop has great used products and great service

I would like to comment on the service that we received from The Telecom Shop. From the initial contact through to problem solving I was very impressed. Telephone support and product knowledge was better than any I have experienced for some time. People who speak english, and know the product are hard to find in today's market and to me that was a deciding edge. The head set we purchased for our phone system arrived with a problem with the switch/dial on the bottom. After determining the problem the head set was replaced with a new one. The prompt emails and diagnosis of the problem was excellent. Our small business relies on our receptionist and their efficiency in being able to move around whilst answering the phone. Many thanks

Very fast service, items were in excellent condition. Able to talk to staff on the phone who knew exactly how to help when required. Will be buying more items from them as the price is very good.

Ordered two NEC refubished phone units. Half the price of our usual supplier and delivered to our door the next day. Great service. Happy to recommend this service.

Have used many times over the years to get cheaper replacement Cisco VOIP handsets. Has always been a great experience and the products of very good condition.

Will happily continue to use.
