Came in mail fairly quick. Seems like a solid handheld game unit. Still checking out the quality of play. So far so good . . .

I order the Tekko Stick. It advertises that you get 40k games. The website has an area where you can search and make sure the games you want are included. The games that I wanted are not included. They then said, we're sorry for the confusion, but the 40k games only apply to the handheld system. When I pointed out that their website is falsely advertising and deceptive, they didn't respond. I immediately issued a chargeback with the credit card company. DO NOT BUY from this company, they are crooks.

So far no complaints only been playing for an hour only came across one small in game problem the Pokemon snap the picture you take I only seen static looking pictures

You will receive a real item, but it's just an R36s being resold at a markup + with their logo on it. Returns are made intentionally difficult, if possible at all. Know that they didn't create this product and this isn't the only company doing this with R36S. You can get it cheaper elsewhere with the library of preloaded games and everything. Or just buy a similar, higher quality device from companies like Anbernic, Retroid, and others.
Look into the R36S subreddit, it's an ok device if you're on a budget.
Don't buy Tekko.

Arrived quickly. It’s a Christmas gift for my son, it hasn’t been played with yet, but it arrived, I opened it and it looks just like the ads, pretty sure my kid will love it!

Easy order process. Could probably do with more details about delivery and better tracking information

I like the tekko it’s fun when I’m on the go, and playing some old school games

Shipping went great, product is fun. Wish there was a list of games prior to purchase, but still a very fun emulator for the price. I have something similar that used a Rasberry Pi, but this system runs more modern games smoothly.

Tekko's website promises a full refund within 90 days of delivery for any reason, "no questions asked." My experience was the opposite.

I asked to cancel my order 24 hours after placing it. Support said it had already shipped and couldn't be cancelled. When I asked if I could return it after it arrived, they didn't give me a straight answer and just encouraged me to "give the console a chance."

The item arrived and I didn't open it. When I asked to return it, support told me refunds are only available for faulty products. That contradicts their own published policy. When I quoted the policy back to them, they offered a 30% partial refund instead of the full refund the policy guarantees.

If you order from Tekko, save a copy of their refund policy first and use a payment method with strong dispute protection. Their published policy and what their support team actually does are two different things.

I feel like a kid on Christmas morning. The console is so worth the price. I have been having a hard time putting it down. 😂 I was also impressed with the speed and the constant updates they give you when you order. It took a week or less to get it to me. I recommend this console to anyone and the company as well.

This handheld brings back so many fond memories. Scrolling through, I find games I had completely forgotten about...and now I get to share them with my kids.

Deceptive return policy. The device I ordered was subpar, mis-matched buttons and the build quality was bad. When I initiated a return, I was asked to jump through hoops, after getting frustrated, I cited the website return policy but was told they can only issue a 30% refund. I had to go through my credit card company to cancel the transaction and get my money back. DO NOT BUY!

my order was delivered on time. my order was correct. the game was described as it was advertise on the website.

It was super easy to order from Tekko. Shipping took less than a week to receive. Brings me back to my childhood!
