The Tech Club Omdömen 

Ordered two Thursdays ago, still nothing no confirmation email no nothing to track! My son is due to go away on Saturday and just had to order all new clothes hoping they’ll be here for Saturday. Disgraceful. Would tell anyone never to order from this company

Ordered 6 sets for my son, 2 sets missing shorts 1 full set missing, emailed 4 times with zero response .. thankfully I used PayPal I opened a dispute and then got an email to say this was a “part shipment” the rest came in the next couple of days. I had to return 1 set as it wasn’t a junior size this was on the 10th may I still haven’t received my credit and again have emailed 3/4 times with zero response, a case is now pending again with PayPal

By looking at the reviews this company is robbing people I've still not received my items and now they won't even reply to my emails and by the looks of the reviews it's not just me they doing it to DONT order from this company they taking money off hard earning people and upsetting kids and not sening items I ordered it In May still nothing I paid for 3-4 day delivery

My partner ordered over £100 worth of clothes for our son’s 11th birthday on the 8th June. On the 24th May, we got an email to say the items had been dispatched with a Royal Mail tracking number. Ever since, Royal Mail’s tracking only says ‘we’re expecting your parcel’ and ‘the sender has advised they’ve dispatched your item to royal mail’. I can now tell by other reviews that this is probably a lie and I won’t be receiving my order! I have tried to contact them via email but no response.

Purchased 2 sets for my 9 year old son. Paid via Klarna to have some sort of protection, thank god! Ordered size 9-10 but when items received they were all in Small Youth not aged as stated on website or order confirmation. Buyers beware! Returned immediately (£5 postage cost incurred) and its been 9 days since my return was received and 8 days since I was told the exchange would be processed that day. Emails on 20th and 24th have been ignored. Trading standards will be contacted.

Officially the worst company I have ever shopped with. Received such an awful service. I placed an order for my nephews birthday back in February this year and the item never came! I emailed the company and even messaged them on instagram and said they would send out a replacement order for their mess up. Did the item come… no of course it didn’t. Do not buy from this seller/company!!

Clothes never received - no reply’s to emails - I got one reply to say they were chasing it up with Royal Mail and nothing since - I have been requesting full refund and my emails are being ignored ! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with - do not buy anything from this website people

I still haven’t received my order from over 2 weeks ago, when trying to contact them I get no reply.

Unable to get a reply from Customer support team. I need to exchange an order but received no confirmation email so don’t have a reference number, tried the one on the outer packaging but not accepted. I have a very disappointed grandson.

After reading reviews below I’m worried as I placed an order on 1/5/24 and it’s saying been sent to Royal Mail but no further movement, it sounds like it’s happened to other people so I’m concerned I may not receive my order in which I need by Wednesday. I have also tried to email and no reply

Items returned 28th December, emails ignored and still no refund received months later. Avoid at all costs. Shocking customer service.

Didn’t receive and Item and Took a couple of days to get response due to system error but eventually sorted it for me and even offered me something extra in the way of an apology…. Good communication and customer service.

Returned an item adhering to the terms. The parcel has been signed for but no confirmation of return and no refund. No reply to any email sent. Poor service. Unfortunately binned the postage receipt so I can’t provide proof to do a chargeback. Wouldn't recommend.

Placed an order on the 24th of March and still haven’t received my order. The only email I’ve had is my confirmation email and when I try contact the tech club multiple times to ask where my order is they don’t even answer. Really not happy with my service.

Ordered off here ages ago still hasn’t come even tho it says it was sent to the delivery company not happy about this

Placed an order on 1st April, received an email from DPD to state they were expecting my parcel and that’s where it ends, I’ve reached out to Tech Club and not received any response to my numerous emails. Lack of response, is disgusting. This was ordered for my son’s birthday and now he doesn’t have this to open on his birthday and I’m still out of pocket. Wouldn’t recommend this company

I have been very happy with how the tech club have swiftly dealt with an issue created by the courier which meant that my order had been tampered with. They have listened to the situation and dealt with it in a way that was specific and personal to me. They have acknowledged my concern and turned my rating completely around! I will have no qualms with using this company again! I particularly liked their personable and quick response….great customer service 😊
