I was charged over 2k for two videos that are unusable. Even after I cancelled my subscription they are still charging my credit card. I would not spend one cent on this program. They do not respond to inquiries.

I want to personally say thank you to Aileen from Famous Labs. For taken the time to hear me out. Super Cool is a great platform. Yes i wrote a review because I was upset and felt like I was being made a fool out of. But When I sent the message and I seen what was going on they took care of. Once again thank you .

I only gave 1 star because I I had to leave at least 1. They lead you to believe that the app does much more than it actually does. It lead me to believe that paying $8 a month I could have the full package. $55 later, I find out I couldn’t do nothing it advertised. I canceled my subscription within 2 hours. Now I’m trying to get my money refunded.

I got this from a recommendation because I want to publish my children's book.
I got the $8 sampler and just like everyone else here that's pissed about the scam...
The product runs a "self correcting" mode that churns out incorrect images, only to charge you for each one, knowing the system got it wrong.
This eats away at the convoluted and confusing point system that they use for each image.
From what I gathered, this AI program communicates with another AI program and together they rip you off by skimming add-ons and stealing from the bank account you initially give them.
The concept is great if you can only take out the scheme part of it and make it legitimate product.
I would say that they should be ashamed of themselves but companies that do this have no shame.
If I were them I would certainly double down on my insurance for the major class action lawsuit that is very likely to take place.

AI Content Tools missed the mark..and everytime you tried to correct the AI on a simple adjustment, it kept getting it wrong. didn;t realize til later the Auto Top Up credit charges were turned on at sign-up without authorization and these AI mistakes were their clever way of running up my credit card charges. Total Scam Artists.

I signed up for the $8 per month option to evaluate the product and if it was as good as it appeared, I fully intended to increase my subscritption plan.

After about 10 minutes of creating a short piece of audio, my phone notified me that I'd just been charged an addition £29.59 by Supercool without being informed, or given the option to purchase extra credits as my subscription plan was already running low.

It turns out that Supercool's default auto-top up setting is toggled to on from the moment you install their software. It doesn't show you live usage of credits so you can't keep an eye on what you are spending, which I found out at my expense.

Suffice to say, Supercool is now uninstalled from my computer and I have requested a refund.

I would not recommend Supercool to anyone. Their billing method is disingenious to say the least. If Trustpilot used decimal places my score would be somewhat lower than 1, of that I am sure.

I signed up for Supercool because the advertised entry price was only **$8/month**. After creating a very short video, I was shocked to discover charges totaling around **$120**. For a 15–25 second video, this pricing is completely unreasonable and was not what I expected when I subscribed.

What makes this even more frustrating is that my account settings showed **Pay-As-You-Go turned OFF**, and I never knowingly agreed to usage-based billing or automatic top-ups. Had it been clear that creating a short video could result in charges exceeding $100, I would never have used the service.

I have requested a refund and cancellation of my account. Transparency in pricing is critical, and my experience left me feeling misled and disappointed.

**Pros:** The platform is easy to use.

**Cons:** Unexpected charges, confusing pricing structure, poor value for money, and lack of billing transparency.

I signed up last night for the $8 promo. It allowed me to go over the credits with no warning. I canceled it immediately. This morning I woke up to two additional charges of $40 each!! So my $8 promo has cost me $88!

If I don’t get my money back today, I’m referring them to the attorney general. This is crap!

I subscribed for $7. Paid for promo upgrades ($19.95 & $7.99)to create an R & B video for a single track. Came ready to create with a prompt that defined the project and conveyed assets, lyrics, storyboard, artist and model gallery, mood, music in MP4, and runtime. Was not able to upload these until the system completed its generation of the production plan [not the video requested], and the disclaimer stating that it does not create videos. Blatant False Advertisement. Next, the tool prompted me that I'd gone over my $2 intro production credit limit. An additional $41.80 was due to access the production plan. Once my assets were uploaded, I was charged an additional $6.20 for edits. I feel duped, but I have bought a lesson I will not soon forget. All AI is not equal... nor truthful.

My experience with Supercool went from a high-pressure sales process to a complete operational dead end. Which dropped my rating from 3 initial stars to 2 by the time I posted.
Onboarding: The signup was an aggressive push for hundreds of dollars in upsells. When I attended the onboarding seminar to find technical answers, I found 55 minutes of generic hype. When I asked about credit limits and specific use cases, I was immediately ejected from the meeting.
The Credit Trap: I tried using the service for a professional storyboard. While the image quality is objectively high, the credit system is broken for iterative work. I burned an entire month’s credits to get just one usable page. USABLE not SATISFACTORY
The Utility Gap: Because every tweak costs more credits, there is no room for the prompt-refining or angle adjustments required for storyboarding. I had to rely on heavy cropping just to make the few images I could afford "usable."
Verdict: If you need a tool for precise, professional projects, the "pay-per-prompt" model here is a financial nightmare compared to other AI services. Great pixels, but zero value for a working pro.

Exercise extreme caution! After upgrading, I was charged $99.99 for the Pro Plan, yet my account dashboard still reflects the $49.99 Starter Plan. Over 96 hours have elapsed since I reported this issue, and I have yet to receive any response. The promised 30,000 credits have not been applied with the upgrade. The AI platform is failing to complete my presentation project, even though I have sufficient credits for the minor details. Given the amount they charge, this service is far from justifiable! If you invest your money, it should deliver value! Beware of the lack of customer service!

I tried creating a book from the small idea, but it did it with its own creativity, and the end product was very much appreciated to whom I shared. It also changed the images as per my linking perfectly. I have tried some other projects, but ran into hiccups with the credits and once it went into hallucinations. But I hope the company learns from such and make their product more alerted. Customer service usually responds in 2-3 days but it could be very late sometimes was my experience. So I did not choose 5 stars.

This platform is very expensive and poorly suited to startups or individuals with limited budgets.

The initial subscription gives the impression of a professional, fully featured AI service, but once you’re inside, almost every page pushes additional paid packages or upgrades. This is not made clear at the outset.

The overall experience feels less like a complete platform and more like a constant upsell funnel. While the marketing makes it look polished and promising, in practice it seems primarily designed to extract additional payments rather than deliver accessible value.

If you’re a small business or early-stage project, be very cautious before subscribing.

I've been using Supercool.ai this week to create code to input into Famous.ai, write a book, write a financial report, come up with ideas for ads, write copy and give me a marketing plan. Bloody amazing! Supercool.ai is really super cool!!! Love it!

Mindblowing and yet so simple, Supercool.ai is able to quickly convert your written prompts and wild ideas and then produce a vast array of products and ideas from logos to add campaigns to financial reports to film budgets and then it tailors it to the vibe you seek. It does actually live up to its name and gets you think think outside the box, which is pretty cool too.
