Absolutely brilliant!
Absolutely brilliant!! Ordered for my daughter’s birthday party, I mentioned that it was a Barbie party and they even added a Barbie sticker on my personalised sticker! Also allowed me to add on 3 extra cones with no trouble. So pleased with my order thank you so much! ❤️😊🙏🏻

I would give 0 stars if I could. One of the worst online experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered sweet cones for my little boys party nearly 3 weeks in advance. His party is in 3 days now and i still haven’t received them. I have emailed the company and Michelle 4 times asking if they will be delivered in time for the party and they have ignored every single email. It cost me £38 and I have now had to panic buy another £45 worth of cones off a fast track service so my son has something to give his friends. I have requested a refund but I am not holding out much hope they’ll even bother replying to this. I will be taking this further. They should not get away with taking peoples hard earned money and treating customers this way. Absolutely disgusting customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Hi Nicola. Firstly I would like to apologise for the upset caused. We did contact you initially as there was no delivery date selected when you checked out, and no details for your personalised message. This did put your order on hold. Once we did hear back from you and was made aware your event was the upcoming weekend, we had booked you in for a priority dispatch as soon as we returned from our short break. On return we had numerous emails which was evident you was panicked and had sourced goods elsewhere. We did offer the option to continue with your order and have it delivered on time for your sons party as planned, or a full refund. A refund was issued as requested.
Once again I apologise and am saddened your experience was not as expected on this occasion, Take care, Michelle.

Amazing company, I have ordered from them a few times now across the years for my kids birthdays. The sweet cones are an amazing party bag treat and the kids love them! I have always had a great experience from start to finish. Any queries, the customer support has been exceptional and they always get back to you straight away. The sweets are very tasty and the cones are always well presented. I would highly recommend them!

Honestly the most pleasant ordering experience that I’ve ever had! It didn’t start out that way…
I placed an order and without realising I hadn’t selected a delivery date when prompted (silly me) Michelle had been trying to contact me regarding my party/delivery date but my email mailbox was full so I hadn’t received her emails.
Once I’d realised the blunder and contacted Michelle, she weaved her magic and made up my order in record breaking time and managed to get them shipped the same day! I am so grateful for this woman’s kindness and understanding, my daughter’s party is tomorrow and I did not have a Plab B! The sweet cones have just arrived and they are wonderful! I couldn’t be happier with them.

Can't trust!
Delayed delivery, had not shipped 2 days after the delivery date (which was set 16 days ago). Spelling mistake in the personalised sticker.
Non responsive, tried contacting through chat, email and Instagram - no response whatsoever

Hello, sorry to hear you've had trouble reaching us. I can see you selected Monday 25th for you estimated delivery date, and you order was handed to you on the Friday 29th at 8.11am. Although we aim to have orders delivered on the chosen date, this cannot be guaranteed, which is why we advise picking a day a week ahead of your event, to ensure all custom items made to order arrive fresh and in time for your celebrations.

Great service, delivered on time. Reasonably priced, lovely packaging and great sweets catering for everyone, I had a vegetarian and a gluten free child as well as the other children with no dietary requirements, me my daughter and her friends loved the sweets.

I love the sweet cones, they are great. I've used the company twice and I'm happy. I will continue to use them. There was an issue where they lost my order so I had to contact them to find out where it was-they rectified very quickly though. Otherwise 5 stars!

Great looking sweet cones and tasty sweets.
The sweet cones looked just as expected, good quality bags and the sweets inside were a good range and yummy. Really nice personalised sticker. All looked the same as the photos on the website. Good communication with the seller.
Check the delivery terms on the website before ordering and would suggest choosing an earlier delivery slot than you think you need as the cones arrived two days after the slot I selected which was ok for us as I had factored in more time for delivery.
