Always happy with the chocolates from…
Always happy with the chocolates from Willowbean ... they're delicious and always delivered promptly, after ordering.
I'd recommend Willowbean to anyone and the range of flavours, which change regularly, keep me ordering ... but only the boxes of 6 chocolates, as it's difficult to resist eating a whole box in one go!

Little boxes of gorgeous yumminess
Beautiful chocolates, a lot of love and time has clearly gone into them. Niamh actually called me to explain that the egg I ordered wouldn’t arrive before Easter and that she only had 4 of one of the boxes of 6 chocolates I’d ordered so she obviously cares about her customers. The lime passionfruit chocolates are utterly divine. Really high quality chocolates made with love and attention. And the egg was delivered on Easter Day. If you want a little box of gorgeous yumminess for you or someone else, these are the chocolates.

It may be that my taste has changed…
It may be that my taste has changed over time but I found your chocolates far too sweet. Everything else was excellent - packaging, presentation, appearance - but I could only manage one chocolate, sorry! My husband seemed happy with them, however, and has finished the remaining five.

Thank you for your feedback Susan x Unfortunately, chocolate usually is sweet. My fillings are not usually any sweeter then normal chocolate is but with the citrus blends i do add a little more honey for example to balance the sourness - but I don't believe that it makes them too sweet? Perhaphs you might like to try the dark chocolate ones in future? dark chocolate is a bit more bitter and less sweet, it might suit your taste a little more :)

Chocolate decent but poor assortment.
The chocolate is decent but customer service stinks as does the assortment. Purchased the 24 box assortment but they only included 6 flavours in the box which meant 4 of each flavour. In my box, it looked like they were trying to get rid of the poor selling flavours. Showing very few of the ones online and they included two different versions of cherry and two different versions of chilli/pepper and if you don't like that (which we don't) it is tough luck. You expect to get the odd flavour you don't like but when they only give you 6 choices, you have a lot of pieces you don't like. When contacted, customer service more or less said tough. If you have to buy, don't go for the large assortment.

As noted on my website, the assorted boxes contain a minimum of six different flavours. As a small-scale chocolatier, I do not always have more than six varieties available at any one time, and the selection reflects what is freshly made and in stock each week.
I am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the selection you received. As the flavours included are a weekly assortment of what is available in the shop, I was unfortunately unaware of your dislike of cherry. Had you contacted me in advance to request its exclusion, I would have been more than happy to accommodate this.
Each assorted box includes a combination of some of my newest creations alongside established best sellers. I aim to provide a balanced and interesting variety, occasionally incorporating more unusual flavours. These are by no means poor sellers—most varieties regularly sell out before the end of the week.
I did offer to refund the cherry chocolates that were not to your taste, and I am sorry that you felt my customer service did not meet expectations. I made every effort to respond promptly, including taking time out of my weekend to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution.
