Have continually ignored my messages (WhatsApp and emails via contact form on website, as no email address is available anywhere on website) asking for a refund on food ordered in Marylebone branch on 11th January where tuna was still slightly frozen in the middle. Poke bowl covered in honey and mustard dressing which I never asked for - thank God I don’t have a mustard seed allergy. Incompetent staff. I want a refund.

I love the food there; in the past they used to deliver promptly. The penultimate time I ordered they delayed the food for approx 45mins (January 24 date of the review),
while the last time (5 March 2024) they never showed up and I am trying to retrieve the money from my credit card.
Ridiculous.

Great tasting sushi and boba. Amazing customer service. Would highly recommend.

Ordered their biggest sharedplatter, and it was a big platter of rice rolls. Very poor quality

Terrible attitude towards customers. Never order food from them!
I ordered on their website, apparently it was a big mistake. An hour later, I called them at the restaurant. I was told that in 15 minutes the delivery guy will be with me. I called 20 minutes later. I was also assured that the delivery guy was on his way.
As a result, 2.5 hours have passed. When I called them. They said the delivery guy left food at my door. As a result, there is no food and money. They still haven't returned the money. They said they didn't have a manager
I'm going to call my bank to cancel the transaction.

I would have given 5 stars, normally we go and eat at the restaurant and it's been always delicious and without issues, 5 stars indeed

But on this takeaway order we found few fish bones in the sashimi, which is absolutely not acceptable and totally unpleasant as that ruined completely all the experience. I contacted the restaurant and though they apologized, they seemed clearly not bothered at all.

Disappointed.

Great sushi

great fresh tasting food. good proportions. nice variety of food on the menu, which is nice to see. i didnt expect much considering the state of sushi and japanese cuisine in this area in general but i was pleasantly surprised and my belly was happy :). Thank you the effort fellas.

The company website took my money, £25 and my order never arrived. Local restaurant couldn't be bothered. Said someone would call back. No one ever did. Nor the head office: Never replied to my email. Been too busy travelling to try and waste my time and roaming fees on the phone with them.

Will do upon my return.

What a rubbish customer service

The staff was very helpful. Cause one of my ordered items was out of stock and she immediately called me for seeking my pick on other available items. Great food quality. Definitely, I will order again. Cheers.

The food is always very fresh, perfectly prepared and presented. I made a mistake in my online order, phoned and spoke to the manager in Brentwood store, who was very understanding and helpful. Wonderful food, great staff and communication, thank you.

Sensational sushi

I heard great things about this place but reality beat all expectations. Can't recommend enough. Fresh, super tasty, authentic and affordable. Five stars! And I heard that it's open late at the end of the week which is handy.

We didn’t get the order and you didn’t deal with that - shame!
